Speaking Out Against the Lockdowns and Asking Questions

September 13, 2020 1 comment

As a student of the past, never in the field of human history could I ever fathomed a time where my countrymen are so fearful of dying tomorrow that they forgot and stopped living for today in the present time.

To the people going along with these lockdowns, I ask you, what are you doing? Why are you allowing yourselves to be subjugated into slavery with new masters telling you when you can go out, when you can work, where you can and can not go, when you can gather to worship or protest, what you can and can not protest? Why are you allowing these new masters to treat you like a convicted prisoner in your own home, in your own town, in your own State, in your own supposedly “free country?”

To the people enforcing these lockdowns, have you no shed of humanity or decency? Do you understand the implications of what you are enforcing? When did it become acceptable to “just follow orders” or “do as your told” without thinking about your oath? When did your job become more important then your oath? Do you not understand the world you are creating for your children, their grandchildren and their grandchildren? I implore you, quit your office, surrender your badge, take your uniform off, and lay down your gun; now see for yourself the world you have created and enforced.

To the news media reporting on the lockdowns, this scam and alleged pandemic, what are you doing lying to the public? Why is it so important that you must mislead the public? When did it become acceptable to become a mouthpiece for liars, slave masters and those who want to keep us ignorant, afraid of our neighbors and most importantly afraid of our freedom? When did it become frowned upon to be the champions and mouthpiece of the truth, ethics, virtue, logic and liberty? Why do you call us conspiracy theorists when we question you? Isn’t that what you want the public to do? To question, analyze and decide for ourselves? When was the last time you questioned whether you are doing the right thing or better yet, do you remember the day when you sold your soul?

To those in our elected governments, when did it become a acceptable to act like tyrants? While you are busy with your virtue signaling on how much you care about your constituents, why did you destroy their livelihoods? What was promised to you if you became our new slave masters? Why are you so intent in goose stepping us into slavery?

A short but brief history of our not so distant past: A certain individual did not march into Berlin with the wermacht, reichswehr or army tanks, he was elected and then his party took over Germany little by little. The tactics, propaganda, and methodologies employed, to turn a peaceful country into a nightmare, they are using against us today, word for word, action by action and straight out of the NAZI handbook. And what is left for us to have happen? To be led to the cattle carts, and we all know how that ended for millions of our ancestor brothers and sisters.

Stop complaining about Trump for five minutes, open your eyes, and understand what is happening. If you don’t, we will be goose stepped into a new era, as Winston Churchill explained, “the whole world, including the United States, including all that we have known and cared for, will sink into the abyss of a new Dark Age made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science.”

Finally, it is better to prefer the tumult and dangers of liberty and freedom versus the peaceful quietness of servitude and ensnarement. If you prefer peaceful quietness of your enslavement over freedom, then you are no brother of mine. You are a lost soul ignorant to the designs of men who offer you a small pittance, a false sense of security, pretending to be your savior and kin, but in reality are slave masters waiting for you to bow down to them in acquiescence, and praying for your destruction.

Wearing the Mask — COVID-19, aka, Corona Virus

June 23, 2020 Leave a comment

We keep hearing:

  • save lives, wear the mask
  • wearing a mask is a sign of respect
  • when you wear a mask, it says, “I respect you”

Nothing says virtue signalling then having people tell you to wear a mask because it helps you. The problem? Wearing a mask does more harm then good.

Notice now, the governors of several States are now either mandating masks in public and inside buildings under the guise to “protect you.” Where have we heard this before? Hmm, does any one remember NAZI Germany? A small reminder, Hitler did not march into Berlin with army tanks in 1933! Hitler was elected, and the rest, if you read it, is history.

You notice though, the governors that are pushing wearing masks are seldom seen wearing one? Does “rules for thee, and not for me” ring a bell? We protest other nations dictating their citizens human rights abuses, for example, forcing women to wear the hijab or burqa. But yet, here in America, now we are forcing our fellow citizens to wear a medical facial burqa. Again, all in the name of keeping you safe.

It is the same argument certain religious groups use to force their fellow female counterparts to wear the burqa, to keep them safe from prying eyes of men. It would seem to me, that the problem is not the women, but the men who have poor impulse control of their urges, but that is another entry for another time.

Andrew Cuomo, Governor of New York

Here’s a guy that needs to stop worrying about masks, and worry about how he is going to explain sending sick individuals to elderly homes, and kill more elderly people. Here’s a guy whose brother is believed to be lying about contracting the COVID-19 scam virus AND then caught in the Hamptons while getting into a scuffle with a fellow New Yorker.

He keeps pushing the agenda, wear the masks. One has to wonder, why? At least from my vantage point, this is done for several reasons. It is being done to justify their power over us. Remember, if the governor by a snap of his finger write an illegal executive order that forces fellow New Yorkers to wear face masks, what else are they going to conjure up in the name of “respect” and public safety. Secondly, once governors start down this path, they never rescind this type of authority. Andrew Cuomo keeps telling us that we have to respect one another by wearing the mask. Unfortunately, Cuomo has forgotten one crucial facet: you are not entitled to respect, respect is earned.

Cuomo on Wearing Masks

Fight tyranny, do not wear the face masks!

America is ANGRY — George Floyd Riots

America is angry! If the events from the past week have proven anything, it is that America is angry.

When you lock up the citizenry under a false pre-tense, namely  COVID-19, also known as the Corona Virus, and:

  • you tell them it is just being done “protect you”
  • you treat them like they’re a prisoner
  • you treat them worse then a rabid dog
  • you take away their jobs and livelihoods
  • you take away their fundamental liberties

What do expect to have happen? To add fuel to the fire, in broad daylight, an American citizen of African descent was murdered in broad daylight for the world to see. The former civilian police officer in question, Derek Chauvin, was seen video taped placing his knee on George Floyd’s neck for over 9 minutes as he was face down pleading to Derek Chauvin that he couldn’t breath. In the video, George Floyd’s body goes limp, and as onlookers plead with Derek Chauvin to remove his knee from George Floyd’s neck, the damage was done. George Floyd died at the scene.

Outrage has sparked rioting in multiple cities across our States in Minneapolis, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Detroit and possibly New York City.

There are many that are blaming President Trump, White Supremacy, the Alt-Right and other individuals or groups for the rioting and violence plaguing our republic. However, the real blame for all this madness is with our inability to control the very people we elect, AND our failure to rein in properly on the individuals we hire to protect and serve our communities. We have failed in our duty to hold the mainstream media’s feet to the fire, to report the news accurately, and with non-bias. Even at this very moment they are sowing the seeds of discontent, division and are saying that the problem is with White Supremacy, President Trump and White Privilege. However, if they looked closely in the mirror, they will see that it is the mainstream media themselves that are part of the problem!

We have failed in our ability to tell our politicians that we, the people, are the ultimate arbiters of our lives, rights and future. We have allowed people like Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Andrew Cuomo, Bill di Blasio, Dianne Feinstein and many others tell us what we can do, say or think. They have told us that they know what is best for us, but yet, while American citizens are suffering as a result of State governors closing down their respective economies, people have lost their jobs, their homes, businesses, families, and yes, including their lives. While this is happening, people like Andrew Cuomo, Nancy Pelosi and the likes thereof, are still collecting a nice pay check courtesy of your taxes dollars and printed by the Federal Reserve. They tell keep telling us, the American citizen, stay home, stop the spread, but yet they get to roam free, while we, like prisoners, must stay at home or else face the might of the government.

In the same vein, the American citizen, has had to deal another problem. The problem is so dangerous, that to attempt to stop it could cost us our very lives. No, I am not talking about gun or gang violence. I am referring to civilian police violence, their extortion racket and their constant evasion of justice through the judges that sign off on fraudulent warrants, through their inability to de-escalate encounters, their inability to accept responsibility for murdering our citizenry. We, the American people have petitioned our legislators and our courts for redress of grievances but they have fallen to death ears. From video, after video to after video, from story, after story to after story, the American people have shown the world, those we have hired to protect and serve our communities, of the injustices and havoc these individuals have caused to us. Their unions protect them, and tell us, the American people, that because we disagree with their behavior that we are anti-civilian police, that we are for anarchy or what ever the phrase of the month is. All we ask is that they do their jobs honorably.

Even more disturbing, these individuals, swear an oath or affirmation for the Constitution for these United States. Let me show you the oath:

”I, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of where I reside against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of where I reside; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter.”

You will notice, in this oath, that the oath the individual takes is to the Constitution of the United States, not their department’s policies, union or lodge but the Constitution of the United States. Time after time, you see video after video of civilian police officers openly violating the rights of the people of these States. Yet, even our Supreme Court, the highest court of the land has ruled not in favor of the Constitution or the rights of the people, but rather in favor of the civilian police. Now, add to that fact that American civilian police for some reason or another has a thing against certain ethnic groups. They have gotten so brazen about it, that even on body cameras or video tape, they have no qualms in violating our rights, beating or even killing the American people. How can we trust these individuals when they can not even honor their oaths? Their mantra is to “protect and serve” but yet, the highest courts in our land has ruled time and time again, the civilian police have not obligation to protect you. Yes, you read that correctly, courts have ruled the civilian police in these United States of America have no duty or obligation to protect you; let that sink in.

The situation with the SCAMdemic, COVID-19, you have civilian police officers, your colleagues, violating the Constitution, but enforcing orders that have no weight in law. Your colleagues have enforced directives that openly violate the 1st Amendment, the 4th Amendment, the 5th Amendment. They are doing the bidding of these governors, and politicians, and while doing so, you have made life for the American citizen much harder. Your profession has stooped so low, that you arrested people for the crime of going to church, to go to a park, going to the beach, or going out for a drive. Even worse, you have arrested people keeping their businesses open so that they can pay their rent, pay their mortgages but most importantly feed their families. The excuse you and your colleagues keep saying:

  • we are just doing what we are told
  • we are just following orders
  • we are just following the law

Do you know who also said the same thing? The NAZIS and their constituents (e.g., police)! They arrested, sent to concentration camps or labor camps, killed and gassed people they did not like. Simply put, the German police were “just following orders.” Never did it ever occur to any one of them to say, “brothers and sister, we shouldn’t be doing this, this is wrong!”

We all saw the death of George Floyd, and there are some that are wondering why is America angry? The death of Mr. Floyd simply was the straw that broke the camels back, and now all that pent up anger, frustration and despair is coming out. In other words, the chickens have now come home to roost, and they are not being nice about it.

We keep hearing about the “good cops,” or the good civilian police officers that are out there, that the actions of a few should not reflect the majority. Unfortunately, as has been the case most recently, the majority of “good cops” are overwhelmingly silent when one of their own colleagues has committed a heinous act such as murdering mentally disturbed individuals (e.g., Kelly Thomas, James Boyd), or murdering men pleading for their lives (Daniel Shaver, Eric Garner, George Floyd). Yet, when these atrocities happen, suddenly then, the “goods cops” we keep hearing about are no where to be seen, or are too busy staring down at the floor in silence. Worse yet, in front of you, you have witnessed your colleagues rob, beat, extort and bear false witness against the very people you are supposed to be protecting, and you have done nothing but to continue in silence.

Finally, now, here we are, and America is angry. You, the civilian police, and your supporters are suddenly shocked at the violence, protests and destruction. You shouldn’t be! It is a bit too late to speak out now against your colleagues who are in part responsible. You should have spoken out earlier or in the beginning, when you at least had a chance to make your voices heard. It is too late to complain and speak out. My question to you, and I do not expect you to answer it, just think about it in your head, how bad do things have to get amongst your colleagues before you do something?! Do your colleagues have to be beating your wife, father, or children. Do they have to be shooting your dog, neighbor or elderly grandfather? Do they have to be violating an American citizens right to bear arms, and shoot them dead before you say, “wait a minute, I don’t think this is a good idea or something we should be doing!” How long is it going to be or take before you actually honor your oath, and obligation and stand up for what is right?

If you choose to do nothing, and continue to “just follow orders” I would like for you to remember, that your children, your grandchildren and their grandchildren are going to have to live in the world you are enforcing. You are enforcing laws not to protect the public, but to protect the political class. I would like for you to look at your children, or grandchildren in the eye, that you are going to continue to enforce a tyranny that is going to ensnare and enslave their future offspring. If you had any intestinal or testicular fortitude, you would take off your uniform and see for yourself the world you created. Now you are the prisoner of the world you created, backed and enforce; your colleagues are enforcing fascism. We are at a critical point, what side of history do you want to be on?

But I have hope, I have hope that there are people in your profession, those that we have elected, those among us, and that we can appeal to. They are decent, caring, and want a better future their children, and grandchildren. If we can appeal to their humanity, to their lofty spirit, as Americans, we can turn the tide against those who wish to see us divided, who want us to be at each others throats, who want our republic to fail. I have hope.

Corona Virus / COVID-19 is a SCAM-demic / PLAN-demic and not a Pandemic, pt 1

April 11, 2020 Leave a comment

A quote from our past:

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Joseph Goebbels, Reich Minister of Propaganda of Nazi Germany  (b) October 29, 1897 – (d) May 1, 1945

“I apprehend no danger to our country from a foreign foe. Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing. Make them intelligent, and they will be vigilant; give them the means of detecting the wrong, and they will apply the remedy.”

Daniel Webster, American Statesman, (b) January 18, 1782 – (d) October 24, 1852

Premise

The two quotes above are a reminder from our past, that if we do not learn from it, we are destined and are doomed to repeat it. In addition, the quotes above serve as a warning to us all Americans, that there are evil people within our midst that wish us not just harm, but the destruction of our constitution, liberties, way of life, and worse yet the enslavement of future generations. They doing this under the guise to “protect you.”

Never did it ever occur to my mind that these United States would ever be placed under Martial Law. Now of course, the media along with government officials are not calling it Martial Law. What these United States are experiencing is a “soft” Martial Law. We are still allowed to travel, we are still allowed to own firearms; we still have some right but they are calling it “stay-at-home” orders. Governors are ruling by “executive orders” rather then the rule of law.

Our general government, State, and local are using this opportunity, call it what ever you want, pandemic, virus outbreak, etc., to destroy our republic and to enslave the American people. They are using the media as their propaganda arm to instill fear in the people. Once you have scared enough people, and mention, that the Corona Virus will kill their children, elderly, etc., the American people will be afraid. The people, generally so will react and react they did. You see it all online, on the internet, of people calling for Martial Law, or for the government to force people to do things generally they may not want to do. Thus, a blanket of tyranny shall have come over these United States and unless vigilant Americans put a stop to it, we will be at a point of no return.

Corona Virus Origins

It is widely believed that the origin of the Corona Virus started in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China in November of 2019. It has been alleged that the Corona Virus is either a biological weapon or a version Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) that plagued Hong Kong in 2003. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), seeing that there was an outbreak of this illness that was affecting the people of Wuhan, and spreading to the rest of the country, did several things, they quarantined whole cities and areas, then they silenced people[1] and censored those who were attempting to tell the world[2] about the illness.

The origin is believed to have come from a “wet market” in Wuhan City, and as a result of not taking proper safety precautions, thus the birth of the virus. Coincidentally, not far away from the city center is a virus lab, the Wuhan Institute of Virology[3], a level four biosafety laboratory seven miles from the epicenter of the outbreak. The questions are:

  • Did the Corona Virus originate in the lab?
  • If so, who released it, why and under whose orders?
  • Was the virus released because of negligence?

We need to understand the nature of viruses. Viruses by their very nature are a non-living organisms but once inside its’ host, it will replicate and it will evolve.

The Role of Government ~ Learning from the past

Great Leap Forward Deaths From Famine – 30 million to 55 million people

Cultural Revolution – 500,000 to 2 million people

NAZI Germany ~ 20 million people

U.S. Government History of Lying

Operation Northwoods – Proposed False Flag Event so that U.S. can invade Cuba[4]

Gulf of Tonkin Incident – A lie which led us into fighting an undeclared war in Viet Nam[5]

Iraq Weapons of Mass Destruction – A lie which led us into conflict with Iraq[6]

Larken Rose, wrote and said something very profound, and to this day, and now it resonates with me more then ever when it comes to government and our Federal, State and local institutions. In an article he wrote[7], he said:

In the real world, however, far more injustice, violence, torture, theft, and outright murder has been committed in the name of “law enforcement,” than has been committed in spite of it.

He goes on to say:

To get a little perspective, try watching a documentary or two about some of the atrocities committed by the regimes of Stalin, or Lenin, or Chairman Mao, or Hitler, or Pol Pot, or any number of other tyrants in history. Pause the film when the jackboots are about to herd innocent people into cattle cars, or gun them down as they stand on the edge of a ditch. . . .

These mass murders, and crimes against humanity were done in the name of law and order were all legal under these regimes, and soon to be, the U.S.A. These atrocities were done under the guise to “protect the people” from an enemy that were no where to be found or simply did not exist.

How often do we see video, after video of policy enforcers, even government elected officials (former and current) lying to the American people,  get away with atrocities. When confronted during a hearing by elected government official Mr. Johnson about the deaths of four Americans, including an American ambassador, this is former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said:

What difference at this point does it make?

When asked by 60 Minutes interviewer, Lesley Stahl, about the crippling sanctions against Iraq where an estimated 576,000 children died because malnutrition, “is the price worth it?” Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright responded as follows:

I think this is a very hard choice but the price we think the price is worth it.

Now remember, this was done using our tax dollars AND done to “protect you.” How often do we hear this nonsense of governments going above and beyond the scope of their constitutional limitations to grant themselves powers (e.g., PATRIOT Act, Affordable Care Act) they have no authority to do? In the case of the Corona Virus, we have mayors, State governors issuing blanket “executive orders” to ban the right to peaceably, to practice our religion[s] in our places of worship, banning the sales of firearms[8]

As a result of this pandemic, if you do not do what the government says, how long before we are forbidden to own businesses or work in retail shops, drive cars, go to the movies, beach, visit the library, or own weapons, and go to school?

Open Letter to the People of Virginia

January 19, 2020 Leave a comment

The word is out on the street that Governor Northam’s anti-Second Amendment is pushing the envelop with the Democrat controlled legislature. As an outside observer, I try to not comment in the internal affair of our sister States, in particular Virginia. Unfortunately, in my home State, New York, where they passed the S.A.F.E. Act, which is the communist governor of New York rammed through, in an attempt to out do California and Connecticut with their draconian anti-Second Amendment laws; some of us can not stay silent any more.

There are some that would argue that they, the politicians, will do what they want. That is true if you let them; therefore, I would urge you, our ancestor brothers and sisters, of Virginia do not let them do this to you. No one has a right to dictate to you how, and what weapon you choose to defend yourself, your freedom, your property, and family. No one has a right violate your rights to due process. No one has that right.

It was suggested by Democrat Representative Donald McEachin, that your governor “may have to nationalize the National Guard to enforce the law.” If I was a betting man, that is a direct threat to the People of Virginia, that even if you disagree with our unconstitutional laws, he says they will use force to disarm you. Let us take a pause to digest those words echoed by your representative. From time to time, in my view, we must remind our elected leaders of the immediate reason of what led to the “shot heard ’round the world” and led to the foundation of our republic: gun confiscation.

Our constitution, the intention of it, is to formulate small delegated government whose powers are limited, defined and precise. Anything outside the bounds of that framework is unconstitutional; our court, the Supreme Court echoed those sentiments with their decision in 1803 with the case, Marbury versus Madison. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall echoed, the following:

“The powers of the legislature are defined and limited; and that those limits may not be mistaken or forgotten, the constitution is written.”

Let us remember those words carefully, as many of American men, have died to fight to preserve those words, so that our rights, our liberties and freedom, who bequeathed those rights to us as the guardians, maintainers of our constitution and rights. The power of your governor, its assembly are limited, precise and defined, do not let them go beyond the limitations placed on them by our ancestor forefathers with our constitution, and yours. Many people do not understand, but it is the Second Amendment that protects the other nine amendments.

Understand the lessons of history, that when a population are disarmed, tyranny is always around the corner. Just ask the victims of NAZI Germany, communist China, the people of Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge, or Soviet Russia. It is not coincidence that all around our republic, you have individuals, and leaders (Bloomberg, Feinstein, Cuomo, their collaborators etc.) openly calling for your arms to be taken. These individuals, who in my view, are traitors to our republic. This is all done in the same of keeping your safe, where as they continue with their armed escorts, and while we continuously get disarmed. We, the people, are left then to rely on these puppets, the government to protect us.

Do not bend for these traitors, do not let them dictate to you. Do not take this standing down, on your knees like our brothers and sisters did in Massachusetts in the aftermath of the marathon bombing. Our brothers and sister in Massachusetts, under the name of safety were played like a violin into allowing their rights to be openly violated, and like a good subject, like a good slave; they openly and willingly said, “yes, massa, it is okay, you can point that gun in my face, come into my home without a warrant or cause, you can take me out of my house and treat me like a good run away slave! You are not slaves, you are American citizens, you have sacred rights and principles to defend. An American would not, and never tolerate such behavior.

You have the moral high ground, you are fighting for your rights as our colonial ancestor brothers and sister did against the king and bequeathed to us, the maintainers of those rights. Lastly, please know, that you have friends here in the North that are praying, and hoping for you; you are not alone.

New York Post Kisses the Back Side of the NYPD Pathetically

December 30, 2014 Leave a comment

Since the Eric Garner decision has come to light, and the grand jury decided not to indict NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo, there has been a sudden backlash by the population against the NYPD. Further more, there is a huge disconnect between the NYPD and the people in which they are serving and are supposed to protect.

However, thanks to 7 judicial perverted individuals that wear black robes, also known as members of the United States Supreme Court, they decided that the police have no duty to protect to you(Castle Rock v. Gonzales), the people in which they are hired are supposed to protect and serve. So now, the NYPD serve as the strongmen and women of the city to enforce laws(cigarette tax enforcement), and policies(stop and frisk) that would make the NAZIS smirk. Hitler didn’t even have to invade the United States to institute policies that come straight out of the NAZI handbook. Interesting how history repeats itself?

Now, we have two people who died, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who were police officers in the New York City because a deranged individual, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, who took it upon himself to become judge, jury and executioner. The questions become why? Why would an individual in the prime of life, and full of potential to turn his life around would decide to kill not just two police officers, but also another human being, Shaneka Thompson, of whom the media is ignoring. Why are not also focusing on her life, too? Was her life of less value?

Oh that’s right, I forgot, the New York Post has to kiss the back side of the NYPD so that Peter Lynch doesn’t accuse the New York Post of having blood on their hands, too. This is akin to blaming every person who dislikes when NYPD officers breaks the law, like sodomizing a Haitian man and the people want accountability but are refused that accountability because their union says holding them accountable means that the Mayor doesn’t support the NYPD. Yes, that makes complete sense to me; what was I thinking?!

Of course, now we have Rafael Ramos funeral, and it was well attended by police officers from the city and other places. Rafael got more than what he deserved when the Mayor, William Di Blasio, spoke, and the police officers shamed themselves by turning their backs as he began to speak. Now, there is a time and place to hold your air grievances and protests. But at a funeral? The NYPD and Peter Lynch wants the Mayor’s office, and people to respect the NYPD but how can you respect an organization that is acting like a bunch of Kindergärtners? The New York Post is ignoring the bigger issue here, there is a large part of the populace in in New York City that do not respect the NYPD and the distasteful show that they put on at Rafael’s funeral not disrespectful to Rafael, but it was also disrespectful to his family who are mourning some one they loved dearly. Yet, the New York Post feels the need to add flame to the fire by saying, “no, Bill Bratton, The Post doesn’t hate de Blasio, we just love cops.” New York Post, you say you love cops because it is fitting your agenda Stockholm Syndrome diseased and depraved mentality because you simply don’t get it.

Remember, this is the same organization, the NYPD, that nearly allowed a riot to happen because Mayor David Dinkins wanted an civilian review board to review police misconduct. Where was the New York Post? Oh that is right, they were probably too busy kissing the back side of the NYPD.

The kicker is that the New York Post than claims that they speaks for the vast majority of New Yorkers who support the NYPD. Really? Since did you read the minds of all New Yorkers or even bother to either poll or ask what they thought? You know what happens when you assume, right New York Post?

Look, I am for the police getting the bad guy, going home to their families and having their beer once and a while with their colleagues. It would be insane of any one to want differently. I have family members who are members of the police, and I would be the biggest enemy of any one who would wish them harm. However, I wouldn’t be their biggest enemy my family members are police officers, but because they are family members, they are human beings, and there would be no low that I would stoop to ensure justice is served in timely and effective manner.

The blame for the current controversy can not be laid solely on City Hall’s door steps. The blame for the current controversy in reality is not hard to find. The blame resides with we, the people, ourselves, for properly holding accountable City Hall, for passing these laws that only hinder the population rather than help it, the NYPD for allowing stop and frisk, and allowing corruption within their ranks to continue, and the news media, like the New York Post, and New York Time, and New York Daily News for pouring gasoline on a well lit fire. These newspapers are self-serving rather than serving true journalistic ethical behavior. We must ask ourselves, when have these newspapers actually written stories, or articles that did not contain a biased opinion that would make Pravda giggle? We, the people, need to hold our representatives accountable not just at the ballot box, and history has shown that this is indeed not the case. Simply look at the policies that are being and ask what who are they really protecting? The elite? The rich?

If the members of the NYPD had any sense, they would do their jobs as they were hired to do, and do it Constitutionally. They would stop their “work stoppage” and honor their oath. There goes that word, “oath.” Remember that NYPD? Remember that little set of phrases you said before you became a member of the NYPD; in which you swore by oath or affirmation that you understood what was expected of you? You can continue to listen to your “boss” Peter Lynch, or you can do your jobs effectively, and Constitutionally, as we expect you to. I would prefer the latter, because the former is playing politics, and is using your as your pawns to further an agenda that suits their needs. Not yours. Do you really think Peter Lynch has your best interests at heart? Your boss, or rather your bosses are the people of New York City, and not a union president. Remember that; we pay your salaries, you are answerable to we, the people. So the NYPD can smirk and say that it doesn’t care, but remember, in the same vein that we, the people, gave them that power to police our streets is the exact power we can take it back from them and institute new institutions that would effect our happiness, liberties and prosperity.

The Enemy Within: The Real Terrorists

July 28, 2014 Leave a comment

There are few in this age of information, of the present, that can truly testify to the magnitude of the urgency of the current threat before us. Our national government, our law enforcement, our leadership, have painted a “Boogey man” or “Boogey men” and these men are in our midst waiting to cause havoc, to murder us, to brutalize us, to maim us, and to ultimately enslave us all under the color of law and rightful authority over us.

It is rather difficult to pen these words, but it is important that as human beings, when we see wrong, we must speak out, we must use our voices, and attempt to be heard in order to be understood. This is my attempt.

Recently, the world, was privileged in seeing a man who was a fallible human being, a father, a son, a friend and most importantly a fellow brother in humanity. His name was Eric Garner, he was recently murdered because he decided to right a wrong, to end a conflict between two individuals, a noble deed that one would believe to be honorable among men.

Police would later come, and accuse him selling loose-single cigarettes, in which he was arrested for on numerous occasions. It was this accusation that would lead to his demise. A video surfaced that showed the nature in which Eric Garner was pleading to police that he had done nothing wrong, except end hostilities between two individuals. The New York Police Department officers decided that he was guilty, and thus came the sequence of events that would later end Eric Garner’s life.

There is no book in existence today, I believe, that can truly describe a person who is pleading, begging, asking and praying for their life. There is no book in existence, I apprehend, that can truly represent suffering in its purest form. Eric Garner, was privileged in being murdered by the very people who have sworn, by oath, and affirmation, to defend, and protect the citizenry in which they represent and live among. Like so many, since the “war on terror” began on 9/11, Eric Garner, is now part of that ribald statistic that informed Americans now dread. Five thousand people have now perished at the hands of the very people who are supposed to protect their communities from that criminal element in society.

As Eric Garner was taken down by those police officers on the mere accusation of selling loose-single cigarettes, he was than placed in a choke hold, and as he lay there with other police officers on top of him, he pleaded, he begged, he attempted to beseech them to allow him to breath. As one of the officers, releases his hold on his neck, the other officers place their weight upon Eric Garner, thus inducing more stress, and then one of the officers puts pressure on his head and making what was once a simple encounter of inquiry into outright murder.

Paramedics were called to the scene, and rather than perform their duties as they trained to be, they rendered no aid, no comfort, no slight in any form human of compassion to another brother in humanity. They allowed a fellow human being to expire without effort to save him. It was rather just for them to allow Eric Garner to die because of the lack of inhumanity.

The video of Eric Garner’s death, in which leaves me in sad and depressed state of remorse for the many victims of this form of crimes against humanity upon thought. It leaves me wondering of the  long train of abuses by our law enforcement officers through out these United States.

The many victims of this brutality comes to my mind, among them, Kelly Thomas, whose pleas for his life went ignored as police savagely beat him so relentlessly that he eventually, too, succumbed to his injuries, after being removed from life support. His perpetrators, at the time of this writing, continue to walk free, while Kelly Thomas rests.

The very nature of these heinous acts cries out for the goodness of men, the unity of us all, to act. The question becomes, when will we act? When will we say that is not the America that the Founding Fathers envisioned?

One of the great Founding Fathers of our republic once said, “when governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.” What we are living in is our Founding Fathers’ worst nightmare, the republican form of government, along with their Constitution turned upside-down, tyranny. Yet, the few, and concerned American citizens who call out this tyranny are faced with ridicule, accusations of mental illness, delusional, paranoid or worse are subject to the subjugation of the government and their agents, known as law enforcement.

How many other Eric Garners, Aiyana Jones, Rodney Kings, or Kelly Thomas‘ have to happen before we understand the nature of the enemy to liberty, to our republican form government, to our Constitution? Is it not the nature of government to secure our liberties, and not destroy them? Yet, today, our government is arming itself with 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition, giving local enforcement weapons and tools of war. One has to ask, are they expecting more Eric Garner incidents on a grander scale that would merit an MRAP or Bearcat vehicle to apprehend these loose-single cigarette dealers? This is the same government or group of individuals in power that would want us, the citizenry to trust them with all these armaments, laws and domestic spying and while claiming if we disarm, if we surrender our freedom, they will protect us? How well did that work for Eric Garner? How was he protected? I submit to the candid world, I would rather fight for my liberty, be considered an outlaw than submit to tyranny under the color of law under the guise of keeping us safe.

It was that argument, to keep us safe, that Mao Zedong, Hitler, Pol Pot, Marcos, Chavez and Stalin used to convince their populace that under the color of law, it is okay to not be armed, that the government will be there for you. It wasn’t that long ago, here in America, Native Americans of all walks of life were shown the true nature of our government when they were practically, and systemically led to slaughter under the color of law. In addition, Americans of Japanese descent were told to leave their homes, to live, like Native Americans in concentration camps. However, to save face, our government, with the media complicit called them internment camps lest we be associated with the atrocities occurring in NAZI Europe. The only ones that did fight back here in America were the Native Americans against law, against the United States, State & local governments against what they understood to be tyranny under the color of law.

Here we are, years later, and we see our very own government, an agent supposedly of the people brutalizing us and yet all we hear are words but no action. No one will be held accountable for the wanton murder of Eric Garner, Kelly Thomas, Aiyana Jones, James Boyd or Christopher Lopez. Eventually, the masses will tire of this form of behavior, and the long war of words will be transformed in a war of open conflict. The argument will thus than be exhausted, on one side we will have patriots of our republic, armed & guarded by the Constitution and the revolutionary blood of our Founding Fathers, and on the other, a repressive authority, with their respective followers, whose behavior can only be categorized as tyrants and tyrant admirers whose goal is to enslave.

The question we must ask ourselves, do we sit or stand idly by when we are witnessing another Eric Garner incident? Do we cower in respective corner, and like a good slave, we listen to our masters and stand back as they murder an American citizen? How bad does it have to get in our republic before any one, myself included, and you do something? How many Constitutionally protected and guaranteed rights does the police, State and local governments have to violate before we act?

Making The Bus Monitor Cry

June 22, 2012 Leave a comment

There are few things, I believe, that can make my blood boil very quickly and among those are the abuse of children, women and defenseless individuals who are simply trying to go about their lives. However, in addition to that, I do take serious issue with any person or persons abusing the elderly whether it be verbally or physically. I recently read a New York Post article, where an elderly woman, Karen Klein, was tormented several young teenage boys on a school bus in Greece, New York. The tormenting ranged from calling her the following:

  • a fucking troll
  • a fucking fat troll
  • to shut the fuck up
  • fucking ugly ass ears
  • fat ass
  • dumb ass
  • etc., (I think you get the idea)

What is more disturbing is that as this is going on, she is crying and no one bothers to stop these young teenagers or at least stand up for her. I can not fathom what would possess these young boys to do this but none the less, the video has gone viral and has sparked outrage around the internet. Of all the questions one might ask, the only question I have to ask is about the parents of these fine outstanding citizens. When teenagers act out in similar fashion, I have reasoned that in the majority of the time, it is a direct result of how they are being raised and taught. It is quite clear from the video itself, that these tormenters do not respect those who elderly, and worse yet no respect for themselves and it is a direct reflection, I believe, of how they are being raised.

The video itself is about 10 minutes in length, however, I could muster to view it for only about 2 minutes because I became so incensed at what these boys were doing to Karen. It is one thing to make a joke, laugh, apologize and than move on to something else. However, it is another matter when joking is taken to the extreme and it becomes tormenting, and now it is not a joke any more but rather abuse.

I am a firm believer that, when you do something in this world, good or bad, it will come back to you three time, and therefore, it is imperative to treat every one that dwells on this Earth with respect. May be, the people that thought of this concept are wrong, and may be, they are right. Eventually, we do have to answer for our deeds in one form or another.

The most simplest emotion is to be aroused to anger and want to do harm to the boys that tormented Karen, and it is easy for any one of us to want to exact our brand of justice but I do believe, and I hope, that the parents of these boys will make it right by teaching them this form of behavior to any one, not just the elderly is not acceptable behavior; it begins with the parents.

There is good news? As a result of the video going viral, there was a fund set up for Karen Klein, so that she can go on vacation. The fund’s target was just 5000USD, and at the time of this post, it has raised over 450000USD from internet donations. Karma, isn’t it wonderful sometimes?
