New York Post Kisses the Back Side of the NYPD Pathetically

December 30, 2014 Leave a comment

Since the Eric Garner decision has come to light, and the grand jury decided not to indict NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo, there has been a sudden backlash by the population against the NYPD. Further more, there is a huge disconnect between the NYPD and the people in which they are serving and are supposed to protect.

However, thanks to 7 judicial perverted individuals that wear black robes, also known as members of the United States Supreme Court, they decided that the police have no duty to protect to you(Castle Rock v. Gonzales), the people in which they are hired are supposed to protect and serve. So now, the NYPD serve as the strongmen and women of the city to enforce laws(cigarette tax enforcement), and policies(stop and frisk) that would make the NAZIS smirk. Hitler didn’t even have to invade the United States to institute policies that come straight out of the NAZI handbook. Interesting how history repeats itself?

Now, we have two people who died, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who were police officers in the New York City because a deranged individual, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, who took it upon himself to become judge, jury and executioner. The questions become why? Why would an individual in the prime of life, and full of potential to turn his life around would decide to kill not just two police officers, but also another human being, Shaneka Thompson, of whom the media is ignoring. Why are not also focusing on her life, too? Was her life of less value?

Oh that’s right, I forgot, the New York Post has to kiss the back side of the NYPD so that Peter Lynch doesn’t accuse the New York Post of having blood on their hands, too. This is akin to blaming every person who dislikes when NYPD officers breaks the law, like sodomizing a Haitian man and the people want accountability but are refused that accountability because their union says holding them accountable means that the Mayor doesn’t support the NYPD. Yes, that makes complete sense to me; what was I thinking?!

Of course, now we have Rafael Ramos funeral, and it was well attended by police officers from the city and other places. Rafael got more than what he deserved when the Mayor, William Di Blasio, spoke, and the police officers shamed themselves by turning their backs as he began to speak. Now, there is a time and place to hold your air grievances and protests. But at a funeral? The NYPD and Peter Lynch wants the Mayor’s office, and people to respect the NYPD but how can you respect an organization that is acting like a bunch of Kindergärtners? The New York Post is ignoring the bigger issue here, there is a large part of the populace in in New York City that do not respect the NYPD and the distasteful show that they put on at Rafael’s funeral not disrespectful to Rafael, but it was also disrespectful to his family who are mourning some one they loved dearly. Yet, the New York Post feels the need to add flame to the fire by saying, “no, Bill Bratton, The Post doesn’t hate de Blasio, we just love cops.” New York Post, you say you love cops because it is fitting your agenda Stockholm Syndrome diseased and depraved mentality because you simply don’t get it.

Remember, this is the same organization, the NYPD, that nearly allowed a riot to happen because Mayor David Dinkins wanted an civilian review board to review police misconduct. Where was the New York Post? Oh that is right, they were probably too busy kissing the back side of the NYPD.

The kicker is that the New York Post than claims that they speaks for the vast majority of New Yorkers who support the NYPD. Really? Since did you read the minds of all New Yorkers or even bother to either poll or ask what they thought? You know what happens when you assume, right New York Post?

Look, I am for the police getting the bad guy, going home to their families and having their beer once and a while with their colleagues. It would be insane of any one to want differently. I have family members who are members of the police, and I would be the biggest enemy of any one who would wish them harm. However, I wouldn’t be their biggest enemy my family members are police officers, but because they are family members, they are human beings, and there would be no low that I would stoop to ensure justice is served in timely and effective manner.

The blame for the current controversy can not be laid solely on City Hall’s door steps. The blame for the current controversy in reality is not hard to find. The blame resides with we, the people, ourselves, for properly holding accountable City Hall, for passing these laws that only hinder the population rather than help it, the NYPD for allowing stop and frisk, and allowing corruption within their ranks to continue, and the news media, like the New York Post, and New York Time, and New York Daily News for pouring gasoline on a well lit fire. These newspapers are self-serving rather than serving true journalistic ethical behavior. We must ask ourselves, when have these newspapers actually written stories, or articles that did not contain a biased opinion that would make Pravda giggle? We, the people, need to hold our representatives accountable not just at the ballot box, and history has shown that this is indeed not the case. Simply look at the policies that are being and ask what who are they really protecting? The elite? The rich?

If the members of the NYPD had any sense, they would do their jobs as they were hired to do, and do it Constitutionally. They would stop their “work stoppage” and honor their oath. There goes that word, “oath.” Remember that NYPD? Remember that little set of phrases you said before you became a member of the NYPD; in which you swore by oath or affirmation that you understood what was expected of you? You can continue to listen to your “boss” Peter Lynch, or you can do your jobs effectively, and Constitutionally, as we expect you to. I would prefer the latter, because the former is playing politics, and is using your as your pawns to further an agenda that suits their needs. Not yours. Do you really think Peter Lynch has your best interests at heart? Your boss, or rather your bosses are the people of New York City, and not a union president. Remember that; we pay your salaries, you are answerable to we, the people. So the NYPD can smirk and say that it doesn’t care, but remember, in the same vein that we, the people, gave them that power to police our streets is the exact power we can take it back from them and institute new institutions that would effect our happiness, liberties and prosperity.

Commentary: The deaths of NYPD Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos

December 21, 2014 Leave a comment

In moments of crisis, in moments when lives have been taken in our republic, that is the time to take time to pause, to take a step back we must think about our reactions. With a sound mind, we must come to a sound but reasonable approach to assess what exactly is happening and why.

The deaths of the two New York City police officers, Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos have begun to set off a chain reaction that I believe will deepen the crisis that is happening through out our republic and the very people who are policing and enforcing the laws of the land.

I have mistrust of all law enforcement, I am biased against all law enforcement; however, I recognize, too, that they are human, they have families, they are a brother or sister, friend, a father or mother. In my initial reaction to the deaths of these officers, it was one cold hearted of jubilation that we have finally gotten two of theirs, that we have finally started to clean house against an organization that every one knows is corrupt accept the very people that work for the organization. It was at that moment I thought, “now how does it feels to have the shoe on the other foot?!”

In retrospect, this is the wrong sentiment to have because it is un-American; this is not how one instigates positive change throughout our republic. Yes, we want police to honor their oaths, yes, we want police to treat the very people in their communities with respect, and we want them to do the right thing. The senseless killing of two human beings because of being a police officer who did nothing wrong and being judged and summarily executed has never helped to bring about positive change.

We had momentum going and the people on our side, and now that this tragedy has unfolded, I fear we have lost that momentum because of one single individual who believed it was his right to take the lives of two human beings. These two human beings, even though who are a part of an organization that is highly racist, bigoted and corrupt, I do not doubt the sincerity of the mass of these two men, and others, who simply doing their jobs. We do not have to like their profession, but we should at least respect them as human beings.

Undoubtedly, the deaths of these human beings will only deepen the crisis that before us, and I only fear that now we will see people more on edge. I think it is critical that we as a people take a step back, let us reflect carefully, and thoroughly before we act. A simple solution would be, for us, as Americans, to regain our perspective, to read our Constitution, to read our history, to read our Declaration of Independence, and than look at the laws that our Congress, State and local governments are passing that to allow our freedoms to be taken away as they are now. If we were more attentive to what is happening to our freedoms, we would have not seen the deaths of not just these two police officers. In addition, we would not have seen the deaths of Eric Garner, Aiyana Jones, Christopher Dorner, Kelly Thomas, Christopher Smith, Brandon Paudert, Bill Evans and countless others.

Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos did not deserve to die, they did nothing wrong, and to those saying that they did. Ask yourself this simple question, if it was your father, friend, brother, sister, mother or loved one who was summarily executed because they believed differently than you do, how would you react or feel? Before your answer that question, be a human being with compassion.

It is important that we as Americans must very carefully look ourselves in the mirror; the world is watching. Do we want lawlessness and corruption that is representative of a third world country? Do we want senseless revenge killings of fellow Americans because they disagree on the law, and the Constitution?

The last time we had senseless killings of fellow Americans, it happened at a time when families were torn apart, our Sister States fought against one another, friends, and neighbors became enemies, and 600,000 Americans lost their lives. We must than ask ourselves where is it that we want to be as a republic, as a nation and union of many sovereign States in the common cause of Constitutional Liberty, the rule of law, as envisioned by our Fathers and an example to the candid world.

Response Commentary: Our Grief Denied by Lenny Pozner(Newtown tragedy response)

December 6, 2014 Leave a comment

There is no book in existence, I believe, that can truly exemplify one of the many duties as Americans citizens. From our Constitution, to our sacred Declaration of Independence, it is not just our responsibility as American citizens to seek out the truth, even if that truth, being tragic as it may be, is hurtful to those affected by it but it is rather our sacred duty to find it.

In the Hartford Courant, there was a commentary by one of the parents of the children that died at Sandy Hook, Lenny Pozner. In this commentary he had words to say to those that question the version of events at Sandy Hook. Let me preface this by saying, no parent should ever have to bury their child, it is the child that should bury their parents; this is how it has been since mankind has walked the Earth, and so it should remain. What I will write today, many will hear the message being conveyed but very few will have listened to or have even attempted to understand the message because of its challenge to the establishment and those stuck in their ways. In reality it will challenge, it will insult and even offend those that do not wish for others to perform the simple acts questioning and using critical thinking.

Ancient Greek philosopher Socrates reasoned to his students that in the pursuit of any truth can only begin once they begin to question and analyze every belief they believe dear to them even at the risk of ridicule. If a certain theory passes the tests of evidence, deduction, and logic, it should be used as fact or kept. However, on the other hand, if it doesn’t, the belief should not only be discarded, but the thinker must also then question why he was led to believe the erroneous information initially. This type of teaching did not bode well with the ruling class of Greece. Throughout human history, those in power, the political elite, or privileged class have always sought to mislead the thinking of the masses. Socrates was tried for these “crimes” against the state and for allegedly damaging the youth and forced to commit suicide.

In today’s age, it is not easy being an independent thinker. Even today, those ruling in government, media complex or alleged victims do not kill people for pursuing the truth about the world or their surroundings, well at least not at the moment they don’t but they sure do ridicule you for doing so! They will simply label you as a paranoid, delusional individual or worse yet, call you a conspiracy theorist for simply asking questions and for not accepting their version of the truth or events. In doing so, by questioning the ruling class, the State, or even the alleged victims, they will attempt in destroying careers and reputations in the process. They will call you “insensitive” or worse yet, they will call you crazy, potential extremists made to damage your reputation and career. It is a fate even worse than drinking poison like Socrates did because he simply asked people to use logic, evidence and critical thinking rather than accept things blindly.

However, in lieu of the above statement, I believe, as critical thinking individuals, it is important that we, as adults, scrutinize everything we are told, even at the point of ridicule because this how we are able to determine fact from fiction, truth from falsehood. Remember, it was not that long ago that people thought that Earth was flat, the center of the Solar System, or that the Sun revolved around the Earth. However, through evidence, deduction, logic, critical thinking, and analysis, we have come to terms and conclusion that the Earth is not the center of the Solar System, that the Earth is actually round and finally the Earth revolves around the Sun.

Yet, in his commentary, Lenny Pozner takes aim at those individuals who question the version of events at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. He goes on in his commentary and claims that people all over the internet attempted to spread lies and misinformation. What he fails to realize is that those people are simply not accepting the State’s version of events. Just like the tragedy on 9/11 and the Boston Bombings, they are using logic, evidence, logical deduction, critical thinking, and analysis into assessing the facts, opinions and thus coming to their own conclusions, something of which they have all right to do.

Throughout human history, governments have been known to lie to advance an agenda, whether it be small or large, regardless, governments have been known to fabricate lies. Let us take for example the Viet Nam War. Did you know that the United States government lied to the American people in regards to the Gulf of Tonkin incident? As a result of this lie, the truth became the first casualty of the Viet Nam War, which in turn led to the countless deaths of millions of Vietnamese civilians, and thousands of American soldiers over the course of 10 years. The American people were treated to another lie courtesy of George Bush, Jr., when he made the claim that the Iraqi government was in possession of weapons of mass destruction. Now, the American people are reaping the benefits of that lie courtesy of an out of control Federal government, a complacent judiciary and a chief executive who believes he is above the Constitution; the very document that he swore an oath to, to defend and protect against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

To Lenny Pozner, I say this, let us take the supposition that you are correct. Anything and everything that has been said, collected as evidence or detailed as a result of the Sandy Hook shootings is factually correct. That there are only but some minor errors, such as typos or grammar. The State than, should have no problems or qualms than in answering the questions of the hoaxers. As a matter of fact, it should be able to answer those questions without even hesitation and with ease. Let us also take the supposition that yes, there are sensitive issues, would it not be reasonable to simply mask the names and faces without having to reveal identities? Would it not be reasonable to answer the most basic of questions? For example:

  • who and why did they not allow paramedics and the EMTs inside the school?
  • who declared all 18 school children and six school staff members legally deceased within the first eight minutes?
  • why were no Life Star Trauma helicopters used or requested?
  • what was the name of the certified environmental bio-hazard decontamination company that removed the blood, body tissue, fluids, or blood soaked carpets?

Notice that the questions above are not asking for personal or private information, but rather simple logistical information that any individual could answer very easily. Yet these questions are difficult to obtain answers to because they refused to be answered by the State. In addition, notice that these questions are not even directed at the parents or children of the parents directly affected by the shootings. However, for some reason, to people like Lenny Pozner, they are offensive. If such is the case, how are they offensive and to whom?

Lastly, let us also take the supposition that the individuals asking the “inappropriate” questions or the ones being labeled as “hoaxers” are completely wrong, that the questions being asked are so outrageous, and outlandish or far out there that any attempt to answer them would offset the mental equilibrium of the most sound minded individual. Would it be reasonable to believe, that the persons asking the questions do so at their own leisure, and at their own expense by risking their own credibility? Would it be reasonable to believe that the only damage that they are doing are to themselves? If the children are truly deceased, than what more damage could these “hoaxers” do that has not been already done?

Remember, as an adult that lives in America, Lenny Pozner, you are free to do many things. You are free to change the television channel if you do not like what you are watching or seeing. You are certainly most welcome to turn the radio station off if you do not like what you’re hearing or listening to. You are certainly most welcome and free to ignore the questions or comments being thrown at you. This is a free country! Is it not? And if there is wrong doing on the part of the State in allowing this heinous act to happen, is it not be the responsibility of the citizenry to bring the State and those involved to justice and bare the full might of the American people?

Now, let us play devil’s advocate, let us take the supposition that there are actual fallacies and inconsistencies in the State’s version of events. Let us also take the position, that the State is actually lying about what occurred at Sandy Hook. Would it not be reasonable for the citizenry of the State, and of the rest of the republic to demand answers? Would it not be our duty and responsibility of the people to seek out the truth? If the State and Newtown township has told us the truth, than why does it ignore Freedom of Information Act requests? What is that saying police like to say? If you have nothing to hide or if you have not done anything wrong than you have no problem in showing us the documents or answering our questions. Is that correct? Why pass legislation that makes it difficult or not impossible to obtain records detailing the deaths and injuries? Who and what are you protecting?

For many, taking this stance and this sentiment is very difficult to comprehend, and understand. It goes against what we have grown accustomed here in America now. To not question the government, to not use critical thinking, logical deduction, analysis or evidence to seek the truth. However, I think it is important to note, the pursuit of truth, and accountability outweighs what you feel or think even if that accountability and pursuit of truth offends you. Because if they are going to be passing laws that effect all residents and citizens of this State, than it is our solemn responsibility to ensure all the facts are presented, analyzed, scrutinized and debated in an open forum so that all can see.

We will keep pandering to this form of ridicule while we defer to them thanks to a biased press, a complacent State government, police and judiciary you wouldn’t want to wish on your worst enemy. I take, that back you might actually would!

This situation that we are found with is as much a threat to our freedom as it is to every one else. It is clear indication that we what we need in America, especially Connecticut, now is not more respect to the State sanctioned version of events of Sandy Hook but less respect. It needs more analysis, and an independent investigation because of the questions that have arisen from the State sanctioned version of events of which have flaws in them. We need to stop pretending, because that is what we are doing, we are pretending that the alleged victims, the State, or any one in our government will never lie to the public or that they have our best interest at heart when we can clearly see that they are hiding something and are lying to us.

What we are witnessing before us is a perverted system of evil that encourages the masses to accept everything that they are told, and to do as they say and not what they do. It sanctions the stripping of the very freedom our Founding Fathers brought forth to this continent: a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, and that among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Any one here in America advocating to contrary to these ideals or values of freedom, in the midst of controversy or not would very find themselves isolated, and if they are in government would find themselves in jail for violating their oaths or office to the defend and protect the United States Constitution. Given the poisonous fiction of totalitarian agenda that is plaguing our republic, this is not something that should be encouraged in any way. It should be discouraged by firm patriots who believe those American values, and by rigorous enforcement of the United States Constitution and values. Remember the Constitution?

Now, I know that I am going to be accused of being a conspiracy theorist, paranoid delusional, irrationally insensitive or disrespectful to families of Sandy Hook by the usual self-righteous pundits or even the families themselves, but in all honesty, I don’t mind or care, because those words have no value in this context. One has been neutralized by repeated dishonest misuse, and the other is a boldfaced lie concocted by the political left in tandem with their supporters from the right in a marriage of convenience which is quite frankly beneath contempt and insulting.

Being insensitive means you do not show or care about the feelings of other people. In the pursuit of the truth, asking questions is not irrational or insensitive because something does not add up. Not asking questions is irrational and pandering to the State sanctioned version of events is downright criminal. Indulging the lie, that some how what the State has said and presented is 100% accurate while ignoring the crucial questions of the shooting is more than just irrational; it is downright criminal. And if you really want to talk about being insensitive than look no further than the poisonous fiction that the State recently passed a gun control measure that is supposed to keep you safe, but in actuality keeps you less safe and only affects law abiding American citizens and not the criminals who look at these laws as a joke. The State governments that promote this form of Constitutional violations are criminals, and the civil servants who pander to it, and enforce it are criminals. The university lecturers, school teachers and principals who encourage it are criminals. The journalist who also encourage it are criminals. The ordinary people who say one thing in private and another in public are cowardly un-American cowardly hypocrites who would rather be subjugated than free.

If we can not bring ourselves to say or ask what is in our hearts when it truly matters or when the truth is on trial, then we have already given up our way of life, our right to ask questions(regardless if some one “feels” offended) and our freedom, and with it the freedom of future generations which is something that we have no right to do.

We didn’t earn this freedom! It was handed to us on plate by people who did earn it with their lives. We do not own it, we are the custodians of it. It is not ours to give away. So it is time to speak up people of Connecticut and America. It is time to stop whining and bellyaching about the Middle East for five minutes and show a little back bone for once, just once. Or do we want to spend the rest of our lives cowering like a bunch of frightened mice from a cabal of insensitive anti-American bigots who think they have a right to poke a finger into our chest and tell us what we can, and can not ask, say, do or think because we have questions, doubts or concern? Well, I do not know about you, but any one who asks me that question is going to get a very terse unequivocal answer, and it won’t contain the words, “Newtown Strong!”

So Lenny Pozner, feel free to grieve, feel free to call me a hoaxer, paranoid delusional Alex Jones conspiracy theorist. It is your right to call myself, or any one for that matter any and all names you feel that are appropriate for using critical thinking and analysis in investigating the Newtown Shootings. So in the words of Michael Ruppert, an American patriot, and soldier of the truth, to all FBI agents, NSA spies, agitators, tyrants in the United States government, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York state governments, the NYPD, the Massachusetts State Police, Connecticut State Police and all the people who refuse to use critical thinking in the pursuit of truth and would rather be sheep:

a revolution can be anything, but I will tell you this, that a revolution according to Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Monroe and all of the Founding Fathers is my divine right.

So I challenge you Lenny Pozner, the State of Connecticut government, the Connecticut State Police, allow the public to scrutinize all of the evidence, let us find the truth than speak for itself, and than, in the end let us come to our conclusions based on evidence, and not some one’s perceived grief. For as our forefathers, who fought for liberty in the union of the States, the other for liberty in the independence of the States, who through sacrifice, have passed down to us through purchased Revolutionary blood, our duties and responsibilities to our State, our republic, ourselves and those of future generations their unalienable rights, among them the right to the pursuit of the truth, and that when ever any government Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Divine Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles of allowing the people to be the ultimate arbiters of the truth and authority, to be able to affect the future Liberty, Safety and Happiness.

Abraham Lincoln once said, “we the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” So I ask you Lenny Pozner, and those in the government of the State of Connecticut, the Connecticut State Police and all government agents in Connecticut involved with Newtown, which side are you on? Are you on the side of the ones willing to allow the truth to be perverted, along with the Constitution, or are you on the side of the Good People of these States who simply just want the truth? Choose wisely.

One more thing, to the tyrannical governments of New York, and Connecticut, my divine right to keep and bear arms is unalienable, perpetual, and irrevocable no matter how many legislations or laws you pass in fooling the masses in thinking you’re passing in order to keep them “safe.”

Armed Domestic Terrorists Threaten to Kidnap 2 Week Old Child From American Parents

October 6, 2014 Leave a comment

Recently, armed domestic terrorists with K-9 from Sandusky, Ohio terrorized a family and threatened to kidnap their two week old child because of an alleged “traffic violation.”

According to the video recently uploaded to YouTube, the reason for the operator of the vehicle, the mother of the two week old child, was pulled over was because of an alleged traffic violation. However, when her papers came back clean, the armed terrorists proceeded to terrorize the father of the infant by demanding his identification.

However, the father, being well aware of the Constitution and its protections, refused to surrender his identification. The terrorist, also known as Police Officer Denny, from the Sandusky Ohio Police Department, stated that Andre Stockett, “looks like a guy who has warrants” and proceeded to demand his identification.

This did not sit well with the terrorists, and Andre Stockett than demanded that if the papers of his spouse is clear, why are they still being detained? The terrorist, Officer Denny, than says that the reason for the detention is because the lights on the vehicle are not on, however, because of the video, it is clear that it is still day light out. In other words, the domestic terrorist, Officer Denny, was lying and fabricating reasons to detain the family.

After more verbal exchanges, and an attempt to obtain his identification, the terrorists than bring a K-9 unit to search the vehicle for drugs, which Andre Stockett refuses consent to any searches of seizures of the vehicle pursuant to the 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The situation escalates when more armed terrorists arrives and Andre Stockett warns the terrorist, Officer Denny, that they have their infant child inside. What happens next is beyond any human comprehension, the terrorists, in particular Officer Denny, than proceeds to threaten kidnap his two week old child by saying, “we’ll get CPS to take your baby!” Under threat of having her child kidnapped by the State, the mother fearful for her child opens the door to the vehicle, and Andre Stockett is than arrested for contempt of cop, also known as “obstruction.”

If you’re wondering why I used the word “terrorist” in this story, it is because the police in our communities and republic at large have become more of a tool for the State to harass the population. We are witnessing story after story of police officers, raping, stealing, shooting our elderly and killing our pets, our sick, our pets and even fabricating evidence and lying under oath.

We keep hearing that is it is a small minority of police officers doing these kinds of things. However, the inaction and silence of the majority is significant in their complicity.

I used to be pro-law enforcement, however, recent actions by the police across our country has put me in a position where I can no longer voice my support for an establishment that under the color of law commits these very acts in which they’re supposed to be against.

I can no longer support an establishment whose mentality are of school yard bullies terrorizing a family, such as evident above, and than threatening to kidnap their child, to use as leverage because the feelings of the officer was hurt since the citizen, Andre Stockett exercised his rights in a timely fashion. Simply disgusting, and any one who excuses the behavior needs to re-evaluate their priorities and moral values.

These are individual who are supposed to be held to a higher standard, however, this video, and many others alike have shown they no longer represent our communities, the 99%, but rather the 1%.

Why call them terrorists? Ask this simple question, how many American citizens has Al Qaeda or ISIS killedsince 9/11 versus the amount of American citizens killed by police?

Until the police stop terrorizing us, invading our homes, extort our substinence, and honor their oaths: I will no longer shed a tear when an officer is wounded or killed, I will no longer view them as respectable members of society, but rather I will view them as domestic State sponsored terrorists.

I.R.S. Conspiracy and the White House: Who do you trust?

June 15, 2014 Leave a comment

So the I.R.S. is claiming that they lost all of Lois Lerner’s e-mails for the last two years or so. Any one with a I.T. background would know that a high level government organization like the I.R.S. would and does have redundancy checks in place to protect against losing e-mails or data on their file servers. Any organization, like the I.R.S., with an I.T. department that does not have such checks against data loss is probably filled with incompetent people, in particular the management.

However, I refuse to believe that this is the case, it is my opinion that the I.R.S. is filled with competent I.T. workers that are smart and capable. It is my belief, that the upper management, some members of Congress, including the White House are involved in a conspiracy to keep those e-mails secret. Think about it for one moment. Why would would government officials, in particular publicly elected officials want to hide or discard those e-mails that Lois Lerner sent?

The answers are not hide to find, all we have to do is put two and two together and we will see that it is about keeping the current two party system in power and intimidating conservative groups. Congress requested the e-mails of Lois Lerner, and the I.R.S. from 2009 through 2011, when most of the targeting of the conservative groups were taking place. Now as the public pressure to investigate grew in 2013, Congress began its investigation, along with a White House promise to get to the bottom of this whole fiasco.

Unfortunately, Commissioner Koskinen promised to produce to all of Lois Lerner’s documents, when it came to time to hand in his homework, he failed to produce it. Why? Because to produce the documents in question would have exposed not just the members of Congress, the I.R.S. but would have implicated the White House. So, as a result, President Obama through indirect channels along with members of Congress told certain I.T. employees of the I.R.S. to make unavailable the documents in question.

It sounds crazy, right? Any one in their right minds would believe that a conspiracy such as this would be good for a Saturday Night Live comedy skit, but unfortunately, this is not the case. Remember:

  • if the United States government can fabricate an incident like the Gulf of Tonkin which led us straight into a conflict with Viet Nam and learn years later the event was a false flag,
  • if the government can fabricate a wild story, that a man in a cave orchestrated most massive conspiracy and attack against the United States, and yet there are so many coincidences that leaves much to the laws of physics being absent on that horrible day
  • if the government can fabricate a story that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, and come to find out, Saddam Hussein had no WMDs
  • if the government can fabricate a story that only two brothers, Tamerlan and Jahar Tsarnaev with a rice cooker orchestrated a conspiracy knowing full well that they were in contact with the agencies of the CIA and FBI
  • if the government can fabricate a story, that a boy with asperger syndrome can suddenly become a mass murderer of 26 people

. . . than how can we believe what the government is saying is true? What makes you think the government would not fabricate another story?

Keep in mind, to question government version of events is paramount to being called paranoid, delusional or my favorite term, a conspiracy theorist. They like to call people who question the government narrative crazy, or that the Boogey man is out to get them. However, it is not a conspiracy theory or one isn’t being paranoid when the Boogey man actually does say he is out to get you!

Now back to the I.R.S., their I.T. and those lost e-mails. . .

Why this story continues to be a debate in the mainstream media and general public at large would be a topic appropriate for an investigative report in psychology and not an issue in the respective fields of I.T. or American politics. The average American citizen is not expected to have the technical expertise of complex enterprise e-mail systems or expertise of some one who has been in the I.T. field for the past 20 years. It should be noted that I am not field expert in enterprise I.T. solutions but base my observations for last 20 years from being in the field of I.T. as a programmer, operating systems enthusiast and having to interface / communicate with those involved with file server and e-mail administration.

Most big companies, like say, Adobe, Yahoo!, or Google have I.T. infrastructures with data retention. In other words, these big companies store information, like your emails, photos, documents, etc. on massive hard drives. The same can be said with the I.R.S., Congress, and the White House. These hard drives than are copied, and are backed-up onto other hard drives. Now, to ensure that the e-mail system is not damaged and to ensure continuity, there are secondary hard drives(5 to 10 or even more) connected to the e-mail system. These hard drives are called a R.A.I.D. The word R.A.I.D. stands for “Redundant Array of Inexpensive(or Independent) Disks.” There are different types of R.A.I.D. levels, but for the sake of simplicity, we’ll just say RAID. Now if main drive of the e-mail server fails, one of the RAID disks will pick up where the main drive left off. So this prevents the e-mail system from crashing and the data is still intact.

Now, every now and than, the e-mail server will do some house keeping called data backup. During a data back up, the e-mail system will take its current data from the main drive and copy itself to another hard drive. This hard drive that the e-mail is backed up to is than removed and a new blank disk is put in so that when the next scheduled back up occurs, it can put in the new data. Now most organizations use Microsoft Outlook as their client and Microsoft Exchange as their e-mail server. E-mail Servers can have terabytes of data backed up but which are accessible by simply using the e-mail server to get that data back or by using recovery software to retrieve e-mail. Now back ups can go as far back as 5 to 6 years depending on the I.T. infrastructure and resources available. Given that the I.R.S., Congress and White House have funds available courtesy of the American tax-payer to meet this kind of I.T. demand, the odds of them having e-mail back ups from the Bush, Sr. and Clinton days, odds are they have the e-mails of Lois Lerner and those involved in the conspiracy.

Now for the interesting part! If the White House, and I.R.S. use the software I think they use, also known as Microsoft products, on every PC that uses Microsoft Outlook, the email client, their exists a file called a PST file which holds also the emails that the user has sent, received or is in draft format. This file can grown very fast or very slow depending on the e-mail activity and my intuition tells me Lois Lerner, some members of Congress and the White House were extremely busy e-mailing each other over who to target. Now keep in mind, this communication could occur over other channels as well such as encrypted instant messages but for the sake discussion, lets concentrate on the e-mail client.

So an I.T. administrator could go into the e-mail server, either by using the interface or write a piece of programming code to literally go into hard disk and remove the e-mails in question of that user. By doing that, you erase the e-mails, however, there remains a problem: the back-ups! This would mean, that the I.R.S., and their co-conspiractors would have had to go into the data back-ups and do the exact same thing. Keep in mind, these data back-ups can range from gigabytes of data to terabytes of data. They would have to do this to also to those involved, such as the members of Congress that are involved to members of the White House. Odds are, they replaced those data drives with modified data which excludes mysteriously the incriminating evidence of Lois Lerner which could be just scrambled data. Another problem is that the e-mail keeps a log of all the activity, so we could pretty find out who e-mailed who, at what time and day. It won’t have the contents of the e-mail but you would get an idea of the activity.

So if I was looking something, I would start at the log level. Look at the data logs of the e-mail activity, and work your way backwards by subpoenaing the e-mails of those that e-mailed Lois Lerner, certainly their e-mails haven’t been damaged, and if they mysteriously are, than you know they deliberately deleted them. If they did, just go to the e-mail back-ups and that should have the answers.

Hopefully this gives you a small idea of how e-mail systems work, while I am not an expert by any means in e-mail servers or their administration, however, I have been dealing with people in the I.T. industry for 20 years who handle e-mail servers and data retention. So every now and than over the past 20 years, I have had to collaborate with them and learn how e-mail systems work because of projects I have had to do at work. So I would hope and think my experience is worth something, I hope. I would urge any one in the I.T. field, please fact check what I said, and if I am wrong, fine, feel free to mock me at my expense.

Oh yeah, one more thing, should this blog post “mysteriously” disappear, don’t worry, I have back ups and will be posted in different websites and locations!

I am an American, I am not a terrorist – Original

March 7, 2013 Leave a comment

I am. . .

I am an American citizen,
I believe in the ideals of our Constitution, and Declaration of Independence,
I am not a Democrat or Republican,
I am a simple person who believes our country is dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.[1]

I am an American citizen,
I believe governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,[2]
I am not an extremist.

I am an American citizen,
I believe our Southern sister States fought for the Constitution as bequeathed by our Fathers, to protect their homes and not to protect slavery,
I am not a racist!

I am an American citizen,
I believe our Northern sister States who fought for the Union believed that the life of the Union was essential to the life of liberty,[7]
I am not a tyrant.

I am an American citizen,
I believe our Northern and Southern sister States fought with valor as God gave them to see the right in their cause,
One for liberty in the union of the States, the other for liberty in the independence of the States,[7]
I am not ashamed.

I am an American citizen,
I wish for our future generations to enjoy the freedoms we inherited from our Fathers purchased by Revolutionary blood,
I believe our freedoms are worth fighting and dying for just as the patriots of old have,
I am not a terrorist.

But. . . .

Like every one else,
I didn’t understand why our elected officials are not held accountable when they commit crimes and excuse their behavior,
I am fearful our elected officials have lost their way, they no longer represent the people, but themselves.

Like every one else,
I never took serious the warnings by our Founding Fathers about tyranny,
I was ignorant of our history.

Like every one else,
I don’t understand why our president needs 2 billion bullets and weapons,
I never thought I’d live to see the day where a president of the United States would raise an army to invade his own country,[3]
I am not a conspiracy theorist.

Like every one else,
I never thought I would live to see the day where American troops are patrolling American cities and towns,
I am not over reacting but are we at war?

Like every one else,
I never thought the president of the United States would condone the deaths of American citizens with an executive order,
I never thought the president of the United States would order the deaths of American citizens without due process of law,
I was naive.

Like every one else,
I don’t understand why our elected officials think law abiding Americans bear arms only for deer or duck hunting,
I am not a duck or deer hunter but will use a firearm defend my freedom.

Like every one else,
I never thought our government would deem us extremists because we exercise our right to bear arms to defend our liberties,
I am confused, isn’t the role of government to defend our liberties and not take them?

Like every one else,
I never thought our government would deem us mentally unfit because we want to exercise our right to bear arms to defend our property,
Why can’t I defend my property?

Like every one else,
I never thought our government would deem us criminals because we want to exercise our right to bear arms to defend our families,
What is wrong with defending my family?

Like every one else,
I never thought our government would deem us felons because we want to exercise our right to bear arms to defend our lives,
What crime did I commit?

Like every one else,
I never thought our government would deem us terrorists because we want to exercise our right to bear arms to defend our State’s sovereignty,
I am not a gun fanatic.

Like every one else,
I thought the role of government and jobs of our elected officials are to secure, defend and protect our rights,
Why do people like Andrew Cuomo and Diane Feinstein use tragedies to take them away?

Now. . .

My eyes are open,
Our country is being taken from us,
I want my country back!

I look for inspiration and guidance,
I read of the days of old, when t’was the days of ’76[4]
Where free men, young and old,
They fought and died for our freedom, our independence,
Each than American: brave and bold.

With the noble Stars and Stripes,[4]
Our patriot ancestors in triumph they appeared,
In what was called the shot heard ’round the world.

In the darkest of times, today, we call upon the memories our patriot ancestors,
We seek their guidance as they understood their duties to be in the spirit ’76,
To fulfill that promise 7 score and 10 years ago,
That government of the people, for the people and by the people with her Constitution shall not perish from this Earth.[5]

I am American who loves the Constitution, our flag and our republic like the patriots of old,
Please understand: I am not a terrorist.

Tuesday, September 11, 2007: Reflection

September 11, 2007 Leave a comment

I remember the day clearly. I was running a bit late for work, I had just arrived, 845am. My co-worker said hello to me and that a plane just hit one of the Twin Towers. At first, my reaction was, probably a small plane. I settle in and begin my day, moments later, my co-worker informs me of ANOTHER plane that hits the second tower. My reaction was to go to the student recreation area in my university to see the big screen television; they would have what is going on.

I arrived and the first thing is a crowd in the television area watching the events unfold. I saw it, the Twin Towers received mortal wounds; but this fact little did we know. As I am watching the events unfold, the sense of numbness began to enter my body. The chill down my spine was taking over the rest of my body. It hit me all of a sudden, there are people in those towers trapped. There was utter silence in that room. You could hear a pin drop and still not know whether this was just a dream or some joke. Reality was, this was not a joke or some dream, it was real. I still could not believe someone would do such a thing especially on American soil. I went back to my office and informed my co-worker of what was happening, she was shocked and on the phone with people she knew. As the hour went by, I kept going back to the student recreation area to view the television to get updates. There were reports of people jumping from the towers. This was all but confirmed, and I would find out days later that it was true, people were actually jumping out of the windows. They were trapped, they had no other recourse. God should not have any thing against those who took their lives that day. It is said that suicide is a sin, but I do believe that God will make an exception, I believe He should and I also believe He will.

1005am, I just get word, one of the towers collapses. The utter disbelief that this is actually happening and that we do not know what else is happening. No words can describe the feelings I felt of gloom and melancholy. I went back to the student recreation area, and with my very eyes I saw only one tower standing. Within a blink of an eye, all those people died. Than again, it hits me, those people had family, friends and were people. Who could do this? Why? I go back to my office, and everything is hectic, people are just confused, all they know is that the Twin Towers were hit, one of them fell and than we get word, the Pentagon was hit and that the second tower collapses. One of the thoughts that creeped my mind was all those people who were trapped. No one, and I mean no one could have survived that type of collapse.

1045am, I went back to the student recreation area and all we see is smoke and no towers. The moment I saw that, my throat swelled up and I felt like I had something lodged in it. My face became teary eyed. I held my composure of sadness and disbelief and I left again. While on my back to my office, tears creeped down my face and I did my best to hide the tears. I didn’t want anyone to see me in that state. I got to my office and I regained my composure. The mood in the office was evident, people had died, the towers and the Pentagon were hit. There was nothing else to say or do. The reality that the suggestion that our republic was under attack. It scared me because the last time we were attacked, we unleashed a speck of the power of God on a people and we killed many of them. My first thought was, whatever country is responsible, God help them. I think I just checked my email like a hundred times, and all throughout the day, we were on our feets in anticipation of what our response would be.

1200pm, I went back to the student recreation area, and we get word that a Mujehadeen fighter, Osama Bin Laden, a Saudi, may be behind the attacks. Whoever he was, I am quite sure he is on the U.S. most wanted list now. The details were murky at the moment because the information was just coming in droves and to digest this all in just 3 hours was quite a lot. None the less, what I thought of most were the towers and the people over there.

2pm, we are dismissed from work in lieu of what happened. We all know why. There was no asking of why were going home, people just left home. I still couldn’t believe what happened, the towers fell and all those people died. They never got a chance to say good bye or even given a warning, just like that, in an instant their lives would be ended. They say life isn’t fair, I am here to tell you, that it is true, life isn’t fair. And quite frankly, if I had the power, I would make it fair but in reality, this is not my place to say what is fair or is not fair. This is what it means to be human.

The Bronx, New York City, New York, the place I call home. Regardless of where I am, my goal one day is to return home. I consider where I am to be temporary and that eventually, I will go back, but for the time being, I am where I am. In lieu of this, seeing what transpired in New York, my home, it felt as if someone invaded my home and decided to rape it, and pillage it. The feeling of helplessness engulfs me still yet today. My home was hurt and everyone was hurt. Just to see people crying and seeing the pictures of those missing. An inch of what is Hell transcended upon my home. There is no other worse feeling than that but in result of that, though Hell came to my home, my essence was not afraid because like in all conflicts our republic has faced, we as a nation survived and moved forward. This partly is what it means to be American.

To this day, I am still angry and downtrodden at the events that unfolded that day. Like Pearl Harbor, a sense of determination and patriotism swept me and my countrymen. In a larger sense, what was important was those families who lost loved ones. Revenge and vendettas would be solved later.

One thing that hurts me most is that ground where the people that tragic day fell, I will not visit. Just the thought of visiting that hallowed ground gives me chills and rattles the essence of my spirit. I am not sure how to react, but I know the feeling gloom and sadness will over come me. Just knowing that hallowed ground exists, there is no amount of words that will satisfy the ordinary reader that can convey my feelings. It is judicially fair to say that the result of all this leads me to tell the readers at large, take a moment to reflect on life and not what you have, but the people who you love and love you. To take appreciation in the moment, to take a moment of praise in knowing that you are living in the here and now. Just remember to take a moment, to what deities or gods you believe in, and if you are Christian like myself, pray and be thankful. Be thankful that although life on this hectic and insane world can turn on us at any given moment, with great odds and tragedy against us, humanity will always over come.
