Being “Unvaccinated” is Not About Being A Hero

If I may say, begin unvaccianted against COVID-19 was never about being a hero. This was about standing up to tyranny under the guise of “public safety.”

As an individual who chose not to get vaccinated, I did so because I believe no one has a right to tell me or you what goes in or out of my or your body. I, along with others rejected with the utmost conviction this calling to get “vaccinated” because when the government wants to force its will upon you under the guise of “I’m from the government, and I’m here to help” that’s the moment you must become suspicious of their motives. The moment any government wants to either give you or do something for you for free, that’s the moment you must become suspicious of their motives and why. I surely became suspicious, and any person who has read history would understand exactly what I am talking about.

We, at least here in America, the “unvaccianted,” are armed and guarded by the Declaration of Independence, and the constitution for the United States. These are the two most powerful weapons we have along with the courage of others to stand up and say, “we are not taking this nonsense sitting down.” At least for me, I can not speak for others, I looked at our ancestor brothers and sisters, the colonists, the Founding Fathers, people who fought for and are fighting for freedom for inspiration. I asked G-d to guide me to ask the right questions so that I could seek wisdom during this nonsense.

This process of being isolated, being told you must mask up, you must social distance, you must take the vaccine, you must get a vaccine passport and saying no to it all was and is not easy. The government in collaboration with the MSM, local and major businesses made sure to segregate us. However, but we continued to resist, and say the magic words they cringed to hear at every step of the way: NO, we will not comply. Period. There is nothing heroic about this, it is our duty to say no. Our founders understood this notion very well and it was cemented with this quote, “when tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty.”

As for the people who went along, who enforced, who collaborated along with the MSM, and the government this nonsense on their fellow citizens, who shunned others, who called us a danger to society, who wanted us arrested and put into us camps, all I can tell them is that eventually the crocodile will eventually eat you as Winston Churchill prophesied. As I have said before on many other forums, history has shown us you can not comply your way out of tyranny because eventually it will demand something of you where you will have no choice but to comply. In a greater sense, our own government, in collaboration with the MSM, and governmental institutions have become the domestic terrorists they keep telling us about.

We, the “unvaccinated,” are simply following the example of our fathers, in the spirit of ’76, to stand up, to resist to this tyranny who demand from us to move, and in response, we plant ourselves near the River of Truth, and tell these tyrants, “NO, YOU FUCKING MOVE!”

Something is Wrong With America

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.

As a student of history, it is important to always remember the lessons of history. Unfortunately, with the exception of a few, we here in America have been very ignorant of history; especially of history that is not that long ago. As a result of 9/11 and now the current crisis, COVID-19, America is turning slowly into NAZI Germany and many Americans are in denial about it.

Before We Continue: A Short History On NAZI Germany

Every one knows about the Holocaust that occurred during World War II; that the NAZIs rounded up not just the Jews, but also Gypsies, communists, intellectuals or any one that spoke out against the regime and were put into labor or worse, the death camps.

What is interesting, especially in the news, is that while they discuss the death or labor camps, the number of people that died, they never or barely talk about how the NAZIs got to power, and started sending people off to the camps. They barely tell you how Hitler became the dictator of NAZI Germany, and if they do, they never tell you the gritty details of who he had murdered, sent to the camps or put in prison to become the dictator of Germany.

Here’s an important fact and reminder about NAZI Germany: Hitler was elected. Let me repeat that one more time for any one out there who missed this part in social studies or never bothered to research this: Hitler was elected!

Hitler did not take Germany by force; he did not march into Berlin with army tanks. Through newspaper articles, controlling the media then through legal means, he became chancellor (equivalent to U.S. president). In order to solidify his party’s grip on power, he convinced the German parliament to give him dictatorial powers by the Enabling Act in 1933.

How and why did he get these dictarorial powers? In February of 1993, a fire broke in the German parliament building destroying it, and it was blamed on the communists. So Hitler, under the guise of keeping the peace, and protecting the country from the communists (enemies of the state), he convinced the government to give him those powers. The rest is history. . . .

Now we have almost 50 state governors issuing decrees, executive orders like they are going out of style. It is no longer the rule of law, but rather rule by decree.

America Is Being Deceived

I love America, she is the home of many but I am very concerned on what she is slowly becoming. Many Americans do not see it because they are being distracted, and this done by design, by the media in conjunction with the politicians. The American people do not understand that they are being lied to. The media and politicians are telling the American people:

  • if you do not wear a mask you are unpatriotic, and you are going to kill grand ma
  • if you speak out against the lock downs you are a conspiracy theorist, paranoid or delusional
  • the government is here to protect us
  • COVID-19 is the one responsible for destroying economy

We keep hearing on how COVID-19 destroyed the American economy. However, I disagree, COVID-19 did not destroy the American economy and leave millions of Americans without jobs. It was our elected governors, mayors, un-elected technocrats and civilian police that destroyed the American economy with their un-constitutional edicts, decrees and enforcement. The news media keeps telling the American people that COVID-19 is responsible for the gym owner down the street having to close his business. No, COVID-19 did not do that, the government is responsible. The government gets to decide who is essential, and who is not. The government gets to decide who gets to work, earn a living, and who gets to be thrown into the depth of poverty and not COVID-19.

I am speaking out against the lock downs; I am speaking out against the governors, the technocrats, mayors, the civilian police and anyone enforcing these draconian decrees, rules and mandates that make would the NAZIS blush. If they can mandate that we close our schools, our shops or businesses, what else are they going to mandate in the future? How long before you need your vaccine “papers” to do any of the following:

  • go on a flight
  • get a job
  • go out in public
  • go to the grocery store
  • go to school

While every one is complaining about President Trump, the following is happening right in front of our faces by our elected officials:

The right to freedom of speech is under attack and violated, being censored
The right to peaceably assemble is under attack and violated
The right to freedom of the press is under attack and violated, being censored
The right to religious worship is under attack and violated

If we continue to allow these governors, mayors and political thugs to continue to destroy our freedoms, and the freedom of future generations, when the alleged pandemic is over, we won’t have any rights left to fight for. Let me say this, we didn’t earn this freedom! It was handed to us on a plate by those men and women who died for America, and earned it with their lives; we’re not the owners of that freedom, we are the custodians of it; it is not ours to give away.

Resisting and speaking out against these lock downs is not irrational; pandering and going along with it is irrational. Indulging the lie that these draconian decrees are all being done for our protection is more then irrational but down right criminal. If you really want to about the “COVIDIOTS” look no further then the poisonous lies spouted from the mainstream media. A divisive message meant to divide this republic. The news anchors who report the news without questioning its validity, the politicians who say one thing in public and another in private are not just hypocrites but down right criminals. If we can’t bare ourselves to tell the truth when it truly matters, even to those who do not want to hear it, then we are doomed to repeat history.

A Word to Our Civilian Police, Media and Politicians

What are you doing enforcing fascism?! You are enforcing the will of people who do not care about you, your children or grandchildren. I want you sit down with someone you care about, and have them ask you a simple question, “what were you doing while they governments were destroying the economy, and taking away our rights?” With a straight face, I want you explain what you did and did not do.

Conclusion

It is passed due for Americans to speak out! It is time America to speak up, it is time to stop whining, belly aching and complaining about President Trump for 10 minutes, just once and show a little courage. Do we want to spend the rest of our lives cowering like a bunch of frightened mice from a handful of vial inhuman bigots condescendingly staring down at us, telling us they have a right to us how we are allowed to live, where we can, and can not go, do, say or think? Any one who poses that question will not hear from me, “Land of the free, and home of the Brave!”

The Meaning of July 4th, 1776

I remember the day clearly. I was almost 15 years old, it was August, 1989, it was a year after we came back from my mother’s country of Puerto Rico where we had lived for two years. I was staying with my father summer, and I asked my father’s girlfriend to go the library. It was about a ten minute walk, it was my refuge, it was the place where I can go and open a book a discover a new world of information. At the time, I discovered maps! I loved looking at maps and discovered an old map of the United States. It was weird. The United States’ western border only went to Mississippi River. But wait a second, didn’t the United States went from the east coast to west coast? With that question, my adventure began! It was a Saturday, the day that reading an old map of the United Stated led me to read Declaration of Independence for the first time. I walked into the library that morning, as a Puerto Rican, born and raised in the South Bronx, and walked out in the afternoon as an American.

For those of you who do not know, I used to be very bad at math, history and science. I was the product of the failure of my own irresponsibility to take my education seriously as my father worked tirelessly to pay tuition for the private school I attended. That day in the library was the turning point, and since then, I have been seeking knowledge where ever I can find it; since then, I have been a student of history.

Culturally speaking from my experience, if you are born of Puerto Rican parents here in America, you are regarded first as Puerto Rican and not an American. It is more about cultural pride, and there is nothing wrong with that. I had that understanding, but then that view changed when I read the Declaration of Independence, and the history of how the United States came to be.

I had just entered the library, I decided that day to look at an encyclopedia of maps. I stumbled upon a Revolutionary War map where it showed the movements of George Washington. For some reason or another, I decided to look up George Washington in an encyclopedia. Don’t ask me why, but I did. In reading about George Washington, I discovered he practically lost almost every battle he fought against the British and German Hessian mercenaries. Naturally, I thought, why didn’t he just give up? It was at that moment I decided to read about the colonies.

I read about the sacrifices the colonist made to come to America, to make something for themselves, to be free of what was happening in Europe, then I read what the tyranny the British government and king was doing to the colonies, and finally the response the colonist made against the king: The Declaration of Independence. The more I read, the more I discovered; I discovered Founding Fathers were men who were products of the Enlightenment period. I discovered Patrick Henry’s “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death” speech in 1775 to the pamphlet of “Common Sense” by Thomas Paine, to the reading about the Sons of Liberty, John Adams, Samuel Adams, John Hancock, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, to the likes of John Paul Jones, all the way to reading about the “shot heard ‘round the world.” Encyclopedias are awesome!

As I read about these men, and their ideas, there lay a common theme among them all. They were willing to put everything on the line, their reputations, their fortunes but importantly their lives for freedom and liberty. But what about that document written by Thomas Jefferson, the Declaration of Independence? It was around 1 o’clock, I didn’t notice it, but I was in the library for about 3 hours, soaking up all the information I came across. I was hungry, but my curiosity about the Declaration of Independence made me forgo going back to my father’s house for lunch. I went through the card catalog to find a book that had the text of the Declaration of Independence, and finally I found an American history book. It said the Declaration of Independence was in the appendix, and then finally I sat down.

I started to read the Declaration of Independence, the opening words, “when in the course of human events, it become necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another…..” The opening statement to any one listening, and then came, “we hold these to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.” The eloquence of that phrase, sent chills down my spine and raised the hairs on the back of my neck. Even to this day, reading those words continue to send chills down my spine.

I continued to read on, “they are endowed with certain unalienable rights, these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” There goes that “L” word again! Liberty. The same reason why those men are fighting for. It was then that it dawned to me, these men are fighting for something never seen before, never heard of, never thought of or even done before. Freedom.

With fuel being added to my young mind, I was no longer hungry for food, I was hungry to understand more about that this document, I continued to read on, “that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” It did not take long after reading these immortal words that it finally came to fruition as to why the colonists had thrown away their old government. They no longer consented to be ruled by a king whose dictates and rule can be done by proclamation, or by his will alone. Yes, I understood what the colonists were trying to do.

This mental nourishment kept me satisfied, the words read thus far inspired me to continue, “when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” The colonists, in their minds had acquiesced to the crown, their rights had been abused, they sought a redress of grievances to their mother country, and they received none but more abuses. They had no where to go, no where to run to and no one to appeal any more; finally, they understood, when a government does not act in your best interest, when it abuses its power, it is your duty and obligation to correct the government. It became clear to me what the colonists were attempting now.

I read then the reasons why the colonists were announcing “to a candid world” why they were altering and abolishing their current government. The reasons, they gave to the “candid world” was from the mother country waging war against their own citizens, quartering troops in people’s home without their consent, suspending good government, keeping a standing army in times of peace, imposing taxes without the consent of the legislatures, to forcing kin to fight against their fellow country, and countrymen.

Reading on, seeing that the colonists repeatedly asked for redress, and peace, seeing themselves as British, reminding their own government why they settled across the ocean, to finally having the argument exhausted, the colonists had no where to run, they must now stand to their guns. I finally was able to connect the dots, it was my “ah, ha” moment.

The words that sent shock waves through my spine were the words, “that these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States.” This was the exclamation mark, this was the culmination of what the fight was for. And finally, “for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” I finally understood, that freedom, and liberty are not cheap. They come with a price. All we need to do is ask, look at the price that the Founding Fathers of our republic paid or any one willing to have the intestinal fortitude to fight for that freedom or any freedom we hold dear. My eyes were opened, I understood why Americans protest, why American citizens join our armed forces, and why Americans speak out against tyranny.

Some years ago, on my own volition, I raised my hand, and have duly sworn an oath to protect this republic, its’ constitution, its values and the people, to defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic. If any one is wondering, no, I am not a soldier and I do not proclaim, or claim to be one. I am not a civilian police officer or member of government, I am not an extremist. I live by the words, give me liberty or give me death, and if that makes me an extremists in your world view, then so be it, I am one. I am a simple person, I love our constitution, our way of life, even with its faults, I love the idea that freedom is worth fighting for. It means taking a stand, drawing a line, standing alone when no one will stand with you, in the pursuit of freedom, liberty or righting a wrong, and stopping tyranny.

My hope is, that the American people of today would read the Declaration of Independence, and perhaps then, we can stop the tyranny that has befallen to these States.

Wearing the Mask — COVID-19, aka, Corona Virus

We keep hearing:

  • save lives, wear the mask
  • wearing a mask is a sign of respect
  • when you wear a mask, it says, “I respect you”

Nothing says virtue signalling then having people tell you to wear a mask because it helps you. The problem? Wearing a mask does more harm then good.

Notice now, the governors of several States are now either mandating masks in public and inside buildings under the guise to “protect you.” Where have we heard this before? Hmm, does any one remember NAZI Germany? A small reminder, Hitler did not march into Berlin with army tanks in 1933! Hitler was elected, and the rest, if you read it, is history.

You notice though, the governors that are pushing wearing masks are seldom seen wearing one? Does “rules for thee, and not for me” ring a bell? We protest other nations dictating their citizens human rights abuses, for example, forcing women to wear the hijab or burqa. But yet, here in America, now we are forcing our fellow citizens to wear a medical facial burqa. Again, all in the name of keeping you safe.

It is the same argument certain religious groups use to force their fellow female counterparts to wear the burqa, to keep them safe from prying eyes of men. It would seem to me, that the problem is not the women, but the men who have poor impulse control of their urges, but that is another entry for another time.

Andrew Cuomo, Governor of New York

Here’s a guy that needs to stop worrying about masks, and worry about how he is going to explain sending sick individuals to elderly homes, and kill more elderly people. Here’s a guy whose brother is believed to be lying about contracting the COVID-19 scam virus AND then caught in the Hamptons while getting into a scuffle with a fellow New Yorker.

He keeps pushing the agenda, wear the masks. One has to wonder, why? At least from my vantage point, this is done for several reasons. It is being done to justify their power over us. Remember, if the governor by a snap of his finger write an illegal executive order that forces fellow New Yorkers to wear face masks, what else are they going to conjure up in the name of “respect” and public safety. Secondly, once governors start down this path, they never rescind this type of authority. Andrew Cuomo keeps telling us that we have to respect one another by wearing the mask. Unfortunately, Cuomo has forgotten one crucial facet: you are not entitled to respect, respect is earned.

Open Letter to President Trump — RE: State of the Union

Dear President Trump,

I hope, that if you read this, that you and your family are doing well.

I want to first thank you for your leadership during this tough time in Washington, D.C.; many in the mainstream say that you are doing a bad job, but it is my opinion you are doing the job that myself, and many other Americans elected you to do. I want to thank you for putting America first.

Secondly, I would like to address the fact that Nancy Pelosi and her contingency did not extend an invitation to you to House chambers to deliver State of the Union address and made a mockery of our system of government by acting childish. Of course, now that the partial governmental shutdown is over, both Pelosi and Schumer are declaring themselves that they have “taught” you a tough lesson, and she has now extended an invitation to you to deliver the State of the Union on February 5th, 2019.

Mister President, I have an alternative idea, and I think it is an idea worth exploring. As a matter of fact, I believe this suggestion will save a lot of time, money and effort and I also think this will make you look presidential and stronger. Plus, I’d love to see the looks on Schumer’s and Pelosi’s faces when you say, “I have a better idea for delivering the State of the Union address, and it goes like this:” instead of delivering the State of the Union in the House chambers on February 5th, why don’t you deliver the State of the Union from the oval office? I would suggest to have Vice President Pence standing besides you, along with your wives or specially invited guests of honor or members of the public who have supported and are supporting you. The reason to deliver the State of the Union from the oval office is to show Pelosi and her scumbag collaborators is that the president that answers to the American people, and not old age career anti-American political sea hag establishment politicians(Schumer, Pelosi, etc.); that the president’s State of the Union address shall not be held hostage because of personal dislike of you or policies.

According to the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 3, it says:

He shall from time to time give to Congress information of the State of the Union and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.

Mister President, you will note that there is nothing in the Constitution that says you have must deliver it in the House or Senate chambers. Previous presidents prior to 1913 delivered the State of the Union in writing and was read by a clerk. It was until President Woodrow Wilson that restart the tradition and delivered the State of the Union in person in the House chambers. Mister President, why not break with tradition and start a new one?! Make your State of the Union address from the oval office, and show the American people you are the president not just by title, but by leading.

Let us be honest, the only people you are going “piss off” are the so-called Democrats (e.g., socialists, communists, liberals, and progressives), Whoopi Goldberg (& practically every member on The View), Jim Acosta, Chris Cuomo, Kathy Griffin, Don Lemon, Brian Stelter, Joy Behar and 95% of the mainstream media! You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain because you will show you work for the American people; that as president you will not be intimidated by career politicians who think they can poke a finger into our chest and tell us and our president what we can, and can not do, say or think!

Mister President, please do not deliver the State of the Union address on Pelosi’s terms, deliver the State of the Union address on your terms, you are the president of this great republic, and I truly believe you are the right man for the job.

Mister President, since you have been elected, my hope has been renewed for our republic because you are there leading us and putting America first and I would like to extend my gratitude. I wondered for a while when would one of the branches of government would put the American republic and people first, and you came along (elected president). Thank you! God speed to you and your family!

Why I believe the Confederate Flag is Not Racist

This is not an attempt to say who is more morally correct but rather to point an obvious set of truths that every one, yes, including myself, ignore very ignorantly and profoundly that it boggles even the most enlightened minds. In every American classroom, in every mainstream media outlet, in every news story, you are told one perspective about the controversy at hand, the Confederate flag. However, I will attempt to give a different perspective contrary to what is taught in every classroom, what is said in every news story, and what is put out by our mainstream media. As a result, in writing this opinion, I may very well lose my job, and my reputation because I will present a different point of view, a different perspective that is not cognizant of the prevailing mainstream media opinions and of the politically correct.

We keep hearing that the Confederate flag is about racism, slavery and all the controversies that pertains to the 1950s and 1960s during the Civil Rights era. Let there be no ambiguity, any form of racism or bigotry is abhorrent, and un-American. It rails against the political pandora’s box created by our Founding Fathers, the Constitution, the Common Law and the sacrifices made by those who struggled, and died for a simple idea: a government of the people, by the people and for the people.

We keep hearing about our fellow Americans of African ancestry being victims of slavery, and racism and our fellow Americans of African ancestry are used as scapegoats as focal point as a racial divide by those in power. It is a sickening a twist to their saga for their citizenship rights. Our fellow American brothers and sisters of African heritage and descent are being played like a violin, and only few realize it, while the majority play right into the narrative, “us versus them” and “black versus white.” It is imperative for the establishment to keep Americans divided among ethnic lines, because it gives them a reason for their existence. Imagine, if we all joined hands, regardless of skin color or ethnicity and told the establishment, that no, we will not fall into their trap of creating conflict between the races, that we are united in brotherhood and sisterhood as American citizens and we demand ALL of our citizenship rights. If we did that, the establishment would have no reason for their existence and that in itself would be cause for celebration among all of America’s people.

However, before addressing the issue of the Confederate flag and its meaning, we are ignoring the true victims of racism, we are forgetting the true recipients of our governments racism, and bigoted policies long before and after slavery step foot on this continent. We are forgetting the once proud people that once roamed this land, we are forgetting the Native American in which under the Stars and Stripes suffered the most than any people who have step foot on this continent. All we have to do is simply ask: where are they today?

We said to these people, the Native American, we come in peace, lay down your arms and we will lay down ours so that we can talk peace, friendship, establish commerce and trade. Yet, in their reward for their kindness and trust, they received blankets with disease; in the end they received our greatest gift, war and destruction. In all the treaties and agreements with Native Americans, not one was ever honored by our government. Instead, we slaughtered these people by the millions, and in some cases to save bullets or when we ran out of bullets, we used our sabers, bayonets or anything that resembled a weapon to kill their women and children. The suffering of these people under the Stars and Stripes, no pen or paper can never ever be truly described.

We saw their land, and how beautiful it was, and like a child wanting what is not theirs, we slaughtered their most prized possessions, we slaughtered their women and children. We took what was not ours, and now we call it our land. Possessing their land was not enough so we put a nail in their coffin by killing their food source, the buffalo, we sealed their fate by putting them in concentration camps, but our government and mainstream media likes to call them reservations. We forcefully assimilated their children and rid them of their language, their culture, and what is left of their culture are in history books or college campuses. However, we need not to worry, our history books, our classrooms, and our media does not call it racism, they just call it a series of unfortunate events, like the Trail of Tears.

Our media will say, that its just the past, just history and not racism. They would rather call it a conflict between diverse communities, rather than call it for what it really is, the Native American Holocaust based on pure racism and condoned by the United States government, under the Stars and Stripes. All we have to do is simply look at the movies that are produced about Native Americans by Hollywood, and that is a small minute detail in a long trail of racism and abuses under the American flag and not the Confederate flag. In addition, all we have to do is look at their current state, and all you will find is a once proud people are now destitute, poor, fragile, ridden with issues of alcoholism and drugs. But do not worry, there is not enough of them to cause any civil strife because the U.S. government, under the Stars and Stripes, have successfully disarmed them; they have effectively put the Native American in their place.

Our Stars and Stripes, our flag standard, is more drenched in blood, pure racism, death, deceit, suffering, tears and sadness than the Confederate flag, which flew for only 4 years. Yet, there are those today who wish to paint the picture that four years of the life of the Confederate States of America is much worse than the entire life of our current republic or that the actions of a minority are representative of a whole.

So the next time some one says the Confederate flag is racist, politely ask them, and what of the Native American under the Stars and Stripes? Don’t forget to include those who suffered the most under the current flag, the Native American. I think it is safe to say, we owe the Native American a simple apology because so far, I haven’t heard one yet.

How blind are we, the American people, to not see what we have done, and are continuing to do under the Stars and Stripes? We are in denial, that supposedly we are freest republic on the Earth, but yet we allow and behave like the most tyrannical. No other proof is needed than the abuses of government against the liberties they are sworn, and duty bound to protect of every American citizen under the Stars and Stripes. In our own hypocrisy, we have an inept president who has done nothing to solve the upheaval between the races, or to protect our rights as he swore to do upon taking his oath of office. However, because of the color of his skin, criticizing him will get you labeled as racist simply because you disagree with his policies and actions. We have a Congress that the best money can buy and if you dare say otherwise publicly, the mainstream media will call you a conspiracy theorist or delusional.

Perhaps, if the American people educated themselves about our Constitution, our republic’s history, about Native Americans, and causes of the War Between the States, and not some watered down public school version to make us feel better about ourselves and government, they would see, that yes, there is more to our flag than “Land of the Free, and Home of the Brave.” The American people will find that our flag is dripping with innocent blood, lies and deceit.

However, it is rather unfortunate, that the American citizenry are too lazy to care or are too busy being manipulated by those who want them in bondage and disunited. This modern day form of slavery need not chains or whips but rather strict obedience to their masters who will send swarms of armed men to kidnap, imprison, to brutalize people, or confiscate private property. If these patriot Americans resist, if they continue in defending their rights, these swarms of armed men, also known as the police, have the authority of the State and Federal government to invade their homes, and kill them. The media will call these swarms of armed men heroes, but to their victims, they are known as enforcers and tools of the tyrants.

Don’t want to pay your car registration tax? The government will seize your property. Want to smoke a plant that harms no one? The U.S. Government will send armed men from a chosen alphabet soup agency to kidnap you, seize your property, your life savings, imprison you and destroy your life. All this is being done under the Stars and Stripes!

Ironically, Hitler did not have to invade the U.S. to have the tyranny that we have today disguised as the N.S.A., C.I.A. or Homeland Security under the Stars and Stripes. Having these views, in our republic, today, will have you labeled by our government, our politicians and mainstream media as a potential domestic extremist, paranoid delusional individual or terrorist because we dare speak out against the tyranny that is coming over these States. It is the same tyranny that our ancestors brothers and sisters fought against. When the King, proclaimed these colonies in revolt, and President of these States proclaimed those southern States are in rebellion against their respective governments, those brave men answered the call of freedom and willingly put their lives at risk.

It is apparent, that we Americans are so slighted and easily distracted that we have not learned from the history of our German counterparts when tyranny in the form of Nazism plagued Germany. Let us remind ourselves of our recent history with regards to Hitler; Hitler did not enter Berlin with army tanks, he was elected by a wide majority of the people. Speaking out against Hitler and Nazis became hazardous to one’s health, especially when the population was completely disarmed and only government had all the firearms. If you spoke out against the Nazi regime, if your opinion differed from the Nazi propaganda machine, you were labeled an enemy of the state, and thus your life as you knew it was over. These German citizens did not commit any crimes, they did not violate any one’s rights, all they did was simply believed differently and the life of their family and friends was over. Sound familiar?

In order to understand the controversy, we must first understand the underlying the history of our southern sister States to even grasp why the Confederate flag is revered by them. William E. Gladstone once said, that our U.S. Constitution was the greatest work ever written by the brain of men. This is undoubtedly true, yet, before and after the Constitution was ratified, the debate arose at the Philadelphia Convention and Congress as to the nature of this form of government. The Federalist papers, and the Anti-Federalist papers are a testament of this debate, and yet our citizenry are extremely ignorant of the debate.

It is undoubtedly true, slavery was the immediate cause in the woeful conflict between the States, it was the focal point in which the arguments centered on. However, had there been no slavery, there would have been no war, and there would have been no slavery if the South’s protests against the introduction of institution had been listened to when it was initially introduced by Northern colony of Massachusetts Bay.

Before the blistering bayonets and hostilities of 1861 began, the debates arose in Congress as to the nature of what ought to be our fraternal government, a voluntary union of independent sovereign States bound together by that noble fabric of parchment called the Constitution. This document, signed by the Founding Fathers, and sealed forever more by those soldiers, black, white and yes, Native American, too, with their sacred honor, lives, fortunes and revolutionary blood.

Even after the Constitution was signed, and ratified, the nature of the Constitution was continually debated in the halls of Congress. This debate tested willingness of Hamilton and Jefferson to compromise, and taxed the patience of Washington in their endeavors to define the nature of the relationship of the Constitution and sister States. Soon, the argument entered a sectional phase and what were words of fraternal brotherhood among these States, soon became a war of words until finally the argument of the nature of the government became so fractured that sadly, both sides believed the argument could no longer be settled in the halls of Congress, but sadly, the battlefield. A time when one side fought for perpetual ideas of a strong central government and the other side fought liberty in the independence of the States as bequeathed by our Forefathers.

The South responded with a depth of fraternal conviction to the charges of the North that secession was illegal, she argued that secession was not illegal, and the reasons for their action, as done by the original 13 States, were similar to those by our Forefathers. The South argued, that the States upon joining the union was a voluntary act, that each State had not surrendered their hard fought independence, which their mother country, finally in 1783, recognized each colony, as a free and sovereign independent State.

She argued, the essential American doctrine, that the right to govern rest upon the Consent of the Governed, and that by the expressed written terms of the Constitution, all rights, and all powers not delegated were reserved to all the States. Our southern sister States challenged both the North and the Federal government to find any trace of delegated authority in the Constitution where any State or groups of States can invade or coerce a free and sovereign State. These doctrines, in her vindication to the right to secede, to assert their independence, were the echoes and the same epithets by Washington, Hancock, Adams, Jefferson, Henry and Light Horse Harry Lee.

In the four years of bloody work, it safe to say, there is nothing that could be said or done that could have saved slavery since it was a dying institution in the Western world. No other proof is needed than the examples of our European counterparts across the ocean in their gradual abolition of the horrid institution of slavery. The prevailing thought than became not if slavery would cease but of when it would cease. Had slavery been allowed to die its slow death, the issues of racism that plague us today would be silent, and the topic of discussion would be the nature of our fraternal government.

Regardless of what you are told in the media, no matter the color of your skin, you should honor the fact that these men, both Northern, Southern and yes, Native American fought for freedom as they understood it to be. Those soldiers, in the tribunal of last resort, valor contended against valor, brave men against brave men are the true Patriots of the our blessed Republic. These soldiers fought for neither fame, or reward, place or rank and they stood fast to their duties as true Patriots of the Constitution, these men sacrificed their lives for an idea, freedom and died. I would implore any one to find racism in that; these are the values that our southern brothers and sisters view in their flag and not slavery.

There will be those that will compare the Confederate flag with the Nazi flag. They will make claim that both flags are equal to one another, and that both harbor ill will towards those who do not fit the mold in which they are represented under. However, we must understand that one flag argues the reason for their establishment is based on the principles outlined in the Declaration of Independence, by our forefathers in the likes of Patrick Henry, Daniel Webster and theories of John Locke and the other on the supremacy of a master race of people, and the extreme suppression of ideas.

In defense of our American history, I venture to say, that we must not let the actions of a few vocal minority define the majority. Therefore, I dare say, that Confederate State’s history is American history, the Confederate flag is also an American flag. We should not be ashamed of our history, and rather we should learn from our past, embrace, understand and comprehend it as best we can to move forward as a republic.

Dear Ozzie Knezovich,

I understand why you did this response video the InfoWars article, and video that was released in regards to your deputy saying that the MRAP was for “Constitutionalists.” However, I think you need to understand the real underlying reason for the outrage, and I do not think you understand it. May be you do, and may be I’m being too cynical about it. It is not a coincidence that police departments all around our republic are getting these weapons and tools of war. We are seeing these weapons and tools of war used by the police against American citizens to execute search warrants, collect on student loans, fines and other nuances that would simply take two or three police officers to do.

Something is happening with our police departments all around our republic and yet, when we bring these issues to light, we are villified as being paranoid, delusional, or my favorite one an Alex Jones Conspiracy theorist. I guess I must be one of those “Constitutionalists” your deputy was talking about because I will never follow an un-Constitutional law or order; keep in mind, I’m just a civilian, I have never swore an oath to an office, or duty. However, I recognize that as part of my citizenship, our civic duty as American citizens is to never obey police or President Obama unlawful commands should they issue one, but to obey the lawful commands of the Constitution, to question every thing around us.

So when we see a deputy, a sheriff, a congressman or officer of government say these things, it raises an eyebrow or two. Look at what is happening all around our republic with these laws the several States in our Union are passing for “legislation” such as, for example, the New York SAFE Act, or Connecticut’s firearms legislation, and look who they are looking to enforce these draconian laws. You, and your deputies. Of course, than, add to that you have the general government buying 2 billion rounds of ammunition, and small town police departments getting these tools of war which are practically tanks, and getting gear that makes them look like soldiers.

It ceases to be a conspiracy theory when they doing the very things we are concerned about right in front of our faces. Other police officers have said it in plain writing that they wishing for the day to be given the order to go and get firearms of law abiding American citizens. So you see why when see people, like your deputy, says the thing that he said and it raises eyebrows and brings condemnation? We see it all over YouTube, police doing the unthinkable, and yet, when the questions are raised, all we get is terse response and no wrong doing. Just like your claim that your deputy did nothing wrong, according to you in your video. The American people are on edge, they see something is happening with our police & government, and something is wrong. May be you do not see it because you’re part of the system, so your view is skewed

Look, I recognize that there people out there who claim to be “Constitutionalists” but are merely people who are opportunists who bend the law to their dictates and likings; just like there are police officers who claim to be for the Constitution but yet are the first ones at a illegal check point demanding drivers licenses for no reason.

Something is happening in our republic, and unless we fix it and address it now, it is only going to get worse. I dread the day that an American will have to pick up their firearm, and draw his weapon against another armed American because he is in fear of losing his unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Last time that happened, six hundred thousand lost their lives and I don’t think we want  repeat of history.

Response Commentary: Our Grief Denied by Lenny Pozner(Newtown tragedy response)

There is no book in existence, I believe, that can truly exemplify one of the many duties as Americans citizens. From our Constitution, to our sacred Declaration of Independence, it is not just our responsibility as American citizens to seek out the truth, even if that truth, being tragic as it may be, is hurtful to those affected by it but it is rather our sacred duty to find it.

In the Hartford Courant, there was a commentary by one of the parents of the children that died at Sandy Hook, Lenny Pozner. In this commentary he had words to say to those that question the version of events at Sandy Hook. Let me preface this by saying, no parent should ever have to bury their child, it is the child that should bury their parents; this is how it has been since mankind has walked the Earth, and so it should remain. What I will write today, many will hear the message being conveyed but very few will have listened to or have even attempted to understand the message because of its challenge to the establishment and those stuck in their ways. In reality it will challenge, it will insult and even offend those that do not wish for others to perform the simple acts questioning and using critical thinking.

Ancient Greek philosopher Socrates reasoned to his students that in the pursuit of any truth can only begin once they begin to question and analyze every belief they believe dear to them even at the risk of ridicule. If a certain theory passes the tests of evidence, deduction, and logic, it should be used as fact or kept. However, on the other hand, if it doesn’t, the belief should not only be discarded, but the thinker must also then question why he was led to believe the erroneous information initially. This type of teaching did not bode well with the ruling class of Greece. Throughout human history, those in power, the political elite, or privileged class have always sought to mislead the thinking of the masses. Socrates was tried for these “crimes” against the state and for allegedly damaging the youth and forced to commit suicide.

In today’s age, it is not easy being an independent thinker. Even today, those ruling in government, media complex or alleged victims do not kill people for pursuing the truth about the world or their surroundings, well at least not at the moment they don’t but they sure do ridicule you for doing so! They will simply label you as a paranoid, delusional individual or worse yet, call you a conspiracy theorist for simply asking questions and for not accepting their version of the truth or events. In doing so, by questioning the ruling class, the State, or even the alleged victims, they will attempt in destroying careers and reputations in the process. They will call you “insensitive” or worse yet, they will call you crazy, potential extremists made to damage your reputation and career. It is a fate even worse than drinking poison like Socrates did because he simply asked people to use logic, evidence and critical thinking rather than accept things blindly.

However, in lieu of the above statement, I believe, as critical thinking individuals, it is important that we, as adults, scrutinize everything we are told, even at the point of ridicule because this how we are able to determine fact from fiction, truth from falsehood. Remember, it was not that long ago that people thought that Earth was flat, the center of the Solar System, or that the Sun revolved around the Earth. However, through evidence, deduction, logic, critical thinking, and analysis, we have come to terms and conclusion that the Earth is not the center of the Solar System, that the Earth is actually round and finally the Earth revolves around the Sun.

Yet, in his commentary, Lenny Pozner takes aim at those individuals who question the version of events at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. He goes on in his commentary and claims that people all over the internet attempted to spread lies and misinformation. What he fails to realize is that those people are simply not accepting the State’s version of events. Just like the tragedy on 9/11 and the Boston Bombings, they are using logic, evidence, logical deduction, critical thinking, and analysis into assessing the facts, opinions and thus coming to their own conclusions, something of which they have all right to do.

Throughout human history, governments have been known to lie to advance an agenda, whether it be small or large, regardless, governments have been known to fabricate lies. Let us take for example the Viet Nam War. Did you know that the United States government lied to the American people in regards to the Gulf of Tonkin incident? As a result of this lie, the truth became the first casualty of the Viet Nam War, which in turn led to the countless deaths of millions of Vietnamese civilians, and thousands of American soldiers over the course of 10 years. The American people were treated to another lie courtesy of George Bush, Jr., when he made the claim that the Iraqi government was in possession of weapons of mass destruction. Now, the American people are reaping the benefits of that lie courtesy of an out of control Federal government, a complacent judiciary and a chief executive who believes he is above the Constitution; the very document that he swore an oath to, to defend and protect against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

To Lenny Pozner, I say this, let us take the supposition that you are correct. Anything and everything that has been said, collected as evidence or detailed as a result of the Sandy Hook shootings is factually correct. That there are only but some minor errors, such as typos or grammar. The State than, should have no problems or qualms than in answering the questions of the hoaxers. As a matter of fact, it should be able to answer those questions without even hesitation and with ease. Let us also take the supposition that yes, there are sensitive issues, would it not be reasonable to simply mask the names and faces without having to reveal identities? Would it not be reasonable to answer the most basic of questions? For example:

  • who and why did they not allow paramedics and the EMTs inside the school?
  • who declared all 18 school children and six school staff members legally deceased within the first eight minutes?
  • why were no Life Star Trauma helicopters used or requested?
  • what was the name of the certified environmental bio-hazard decontamination company that removed the blood, body tissue, fluids, or blood soaked carpets?

Notice that the questions above are not asking for personal or private information, but rather simple logistical information that any individual could answer very easily. Yet these questions are difficult to obtain answers to because they refused to be answered by the State. In addition, notice that these questions are not even directed at the parents or children of the parents directly affected by the shootings. However, for some reason, to people like Lenny Pozner, they are offensive. If such is the case, how are they offensive and to whom?

Lastly, let us also take the supposition that the individuals asking the “inappropriate” questions or the ones being labeled as “hoaxers” are completely wrong, that the questions being asked are so outrageous, and outlandish or far out there that any attempt to answer them would offset the mental equilibrium of the most sound minded individual. Would it be reasonable to believe, that the persons asking the questions do so at their own leisure, and at their own expense by risking their own credibility? Would it be reasonable to believe that the only damage that they are doing are to themselves? If the children are truly deceased, than what more damage could these “hoaxers” do that has not been already done?

Remember, as an adult that lives in America, Lenny Pozner, you are free to do many things. You are free to change the television channel if you do not like what you are watching or seeing. You are certainly most welcome to turn the radio station off if you do not like what you’re hearing or listening to. You are certainly most welcome and free to ignore the questions or comments being thrown at you. This is a free country! Is it not? And if there is wrong doing on the part of the State in allowing this heinous act to happen, is it not be the responsibility of the citizenry to bring the State and those involved to justice and bare the full might of the American people?

Now, let us play devil’s advocate, let us take the supposition that there are actual fallacies and inconsistencies in the State’s version of events. Let us also take the position, that the State is actually lying about what occurred at Sandy Hook. Would it not be reasonable for the citizenry of the State, and of the rest of the republic to demand answers? Would it not be our duty and responsibility of the people to seek out the truth? If the State and Newtown township has told us the truth, than why does it ignore Freedom of Information Act requests? What is that saying police like to say? If you have nothing to hide or if you have not done anything wrong than you have no problem in showing us the documents or answering our questions. Is that correct? Why pass legislation that makes it difficult or not impossible to obtain records detailing the deaths and injuries? Who and what are you protecting?

For many, taking this stance and this sentiment is very difficult to comprehend, and understand. It goes against what we have grown accustomed here in America now. To not question the government, to not use critical thinking, logical deduction, analysis or evidence to seek the truth. However, I think it is important to note, the pursuit of truth, and accountability outweighs what you feel or think even if that accountability and pursuit of truth offends you. Because if they are going to be passing laws that effect all residents and citizens of this State, than it is our solemn responsibility to ensure all the facts are presented, analyzed, scrutinized and debated in an open forum so that all can see.

We will keep pandering to this form of ridicule while we defer to them thanks to a biased press, a complacent State government, police and judiciary you wouldn’t want to wish on your worst enemy. I take, that back you might actually would!

This situation that we are found with is as much a threat to our freedom as it is to every one else. It is clear indication that we what we need in America, especially Connecticut, now is not more respect to the State sanctioned version of events of Sandy Hook but less respect. It needs more analysis, and an independent investigation because of the questions that have arisen from the State sanctioned version of events of which have flaws in them. We need to stop pretending, because that is what we are doing, we are pretending that the alleged victims, the State, or any one in our government will never lie to the public or that they have our best interest at heart when we can clearly see that they are hiding something and are lying to us.

What we are witnessing before us is a perverted system of evil that encourages the masses to accept everything that they are told, and to do as they say and not what they do. It sanctions the stripping of the very freedom our Founding Fathers brought forth to this continent: a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, and that among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Any one here in America advocating to contrary to these ideals or values of freedom, in the midst of controversy or not would very find themselves isolated, and if they are in government would find themselves in jail for violating their oaths or office to the defend and protect the United States Constitution. Given the poisonous fiction of totalitarian agenda that is plaguing our republic, this is not something that should be encouraged in any way. It should be discouraged by firm patriots who believe those American values, and by rigorous enforcement of the United States Constitution and values. Remember the Constitution?

Now, I know that I am going to be accused of being a conspiracy theorist, paranoid delusional, irrationally insensitive or disrespectful to families of Sandy Hook by the usual self-righteous pundits or even the families themselves, but in all honesty, I don’t mind or care, because those words have no value in this context. One has been neutralized by repeated dishonest misuse, and the other is a boldfaced lie concocted by the political left in tandem with their supporters from the right in a marriage of convenience which is quite frankly beneath contempt and insulting.

Being insensitive means you do not show or care about the feelings of other people. In the pursuit of the truth, asking questions is not irrational or insensitive because something does not add up. Not asking questions is irrational and pandering to the State sanctioned version of events is downright criminal. Indulging the lie, that some how what the State has said and presented is 100% accurate while ignoring the crucial questions of the shooting is more than just irrational; it is downright criminal. And if you really want to talk about being insensitive than look no further than the poisonous fiction that the State recently passed a gun control measure that is supposed to keep you safe, but in actuality keeps you less safe and only affects law abiding American citizens and not the criminals who look at these laws as a joke. The State governments that promote this form of Constitutional violations are criminals, and the civil servants who pander to it, and enforce it are criminals. The university lecturers, school teachers and principals who encourage it are criminals. The journalist who also encourage it are criminals. The ordinary people who say one thing in private and another in public are cowardly un-American cowardly hypocrites who would rather be subjugated than free.

If we can not bring ourselves to say or ask what is in our hearts when it truly matters or when the truth is on trial, then we have already given up our way of life, our right to ask questions(regardless if some one “feels” offended) and our freedom, and with it the freedom of future generations which is something that we have no right to do.

We didn’t earn this freedom! It was handed to us on plate by people who did earn it with their lives. We do not own it, we are the custodians of it. It is not ours to give away. So it is time to speak up people of Connecticut and America. It is time to stop whining and bellyaching about the Middle East for five minutes and show a little back bone for once, just once. Or do we want to spend the rest of our lives cowering like a bunch of frightened mice from a cabal of insensitive anti-American bigots who think they have a right to poke a finger into our chest and tell us what we can, and can not ask, say, do or think because we have questions, doubts or concern? Well, I do not know about you, but any one who asks me that question is going to get a very terse unequivocal answer, and it won’t contain the words, “Newtown Strong!”

So Lenny Pozner, feel free to grieve, feel free to call me a hoaxer, paranoid delusional Alex Jones conspiracy theorist. It is your right to call myself, or any one for that matter any and all names you feel that are appropriate for using critical thinking and analysis in investigating the Newtown Shootings. So in the words of Michael Ruppert, an American patriot, and soldier of the truth, to all FBI agents, NSA spies, agitators, tyrants in the United States government, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York state governments, the NYPD, the Massachusetts State Police, Connecticut State Police and all the people who refuse to use critical thinking in the pursuit of truth and would rather be sheep:

a revolution can be anything, but I will tell you this, that a revolution according to Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Monroe and all of the Founding Fathers is my divine right.

So I challenge you Lenny Pozner, the State of Connecticut government, the Connecticut State Police, allow the public to scrutinize all of the evidence, let us find the truth than speak for itself, and than, in the end let us come to our conclusions based on evidence, and not some one’s perceived grief. For as our forefathers, who fought for liberty in the union of the States, the other for liberty in the independence of the States, who through sacrifice, have passed down to us through purchased Revolutionary blood, our duties and responsibilities to our State, our republic, ourselves and those of future generations their unalienable rights, among them the right to the pursuit of the truth, and that when ever any government Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Divine Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles of allowing the people to be the ultimate arbiters of the truth and authority, to be able to affect the future Liberty, Safety and Happiness.

Abraham Lincoln once said, “we the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” So I ask you Lenny Pozner, and those in the government of the State of Connecticut, the Connecticut State Police and all government agents in Connecticut involved with Newtown, which side are you on? Are you on the side of the ones willing to allow the truth to be perverted, along with the Constitution, or are you on the side of the Good People of these States who simply just want the truth? Choose wisely.
