New York Post Kisses the Back Side of the NYPD Pathetically

December 30, 2014 Leave a comment

Since the Eric Garner decision has come to light, and the grand jury decided not to indict NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo, there has been a sudden backlash by the population against the NYPD. Further more, there is a huge disconnect between the NYPD and the people in which they are serving and are supposed to protect.

However, thanks to 7 judicial perverted individuals that wear black robes, also known as members of the United States Supreme Court, they decided that the police have no duty to protect to you(Castle Rock v. Gonzales), the people in which they are hired are supposed to protect and serve. So now, the NYPD serve as the strongmen and women of the city to enforce laws(cigarette tax enforcement), and policies(stop and frisk) that would make the NAZIS smirk. Hitler didn’t even have to invade the United States to institute policies that come straight out of the NAZI handbook. Interesting how history repeats itself?

Now, we have two people who died, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who were police officers in the New York City because a deranged individual, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, who took it upon himself to become judge, jury and executioner. The questions become why? Why would an individual in the prime of life, and full of potential to turn his life around would decide to kill not just two police officers, but also another human being, Shaneka Thompson, of whom the media is ignoring. Why are not also focusing on her life, too? Was her life of less value?

Oh that’s right, I forgot, the New York Post has to kiss the back side of the NYPD so that Peter Lynch doesn’t accuse the New York Post of having blood on their hands, too. This is akin to blaming every person who dislikes when NYPD officers breaks the law, like sodomizing a Haitian man and the people want accountability but are refused that accountability because their union says holding them accountable means that the Mayor doesn’t support the NYPD. Yes, that makes complete sense to me; what was I thinking?!

Of course, now we have Rafael Ramos funeral, and it was well attended by police officers from the city and other places. Rafael got more than what he deserved when the Mayor, William Di Blasio, spoke, and the police officers shamed themselves by turning their backs as he began to speak. Now, there is a time and place to hold your air grievances and protests. But at a funeral? The NYPD and Peter Lynch wants the Mayor’s office, and people to respect the NYPD but how can you respect an organization that is acting like a bunch of Kindergärtners? The New York Post is ignoring the bigger issue here, there is a large part of the populace in in New York City that do not respect the NYPD and the distasteful show that they put on at Rafael’s funeral not disrespectful to Rafael, but it was also disrespectful to his family who are mourning some one they loved dearly. Yet, the New York Post feels the need to add flame to the fire by saying, “no, Bill Bratton, The Post doesn’t hate de Blasio, we just love cops.” New York Post, you say you love cops because it is fitting your agenda Stockholm Syndrome diseased and depraved mentality because you simply don’t get it.

Remember, this is the same organization, the NYPD, that nearly allowed a riot to happen because Mayor David Dinkins wanted an civilian review board to review police misconduct. Where was the New York Post? Oh that is right, they were probably too busy kissing the back side of the NYPD.

The kicker is that the New York Post than claims that they speaks for the vast majority of New Yorkers who support the NYPD. Really? Since did you read the minds of all New Yorkers or even bother to either poll or ask what they thought? You know what happens when you assume, right New York Post?

Look, I am for the police getting the bad guy, going home to their families and having their beer once and a while with their colleagues. It would be insane of any one to want differently. I have family members who are members of the police, and I would be the biggest enemy of any one who would wish them harm. However, I wouldn’t be their biggest enemy my family members are police officers, but because they are family members, they are human beings, and there would be no low that I would stoop to ensure justice is served in timely and effective manner.

The blame for the current controversy can not be laid solely on City Hall’s door steps. The blame for the current controversy in reality is not hard to find. The blame resides with we, the people, ourselves, for properly holding accountable City Hall, for passing these laws that only hinder the population rather than help it, the NYPD for allowing stop and frisk, and allowing corruption within their ranks to continue, and the news media, like the New York Post, and New York Time, and New York Daily News for pouring gasoline on a well lit fire. These newspapers are self-serving rather than serving true journalistic ethical behavior. We must ask ourselves, when have these newspapers actually written stories, or articles that did not contain a biased opinion that would make Pravda giggle? We, the people, need to hold our representatives accountable not just at the ballot box, and history has shown that this is indeed not the case. Simply look at the policies that are being and ask what who are they really protecting? The elite? The rich?

If the members of the NYPD had any sense, they would do their jobs as they were hired to do, and do it Constitutionally. They would stop their “work stoppage” and honor their oath. There goes that word, “oath.” Remember that NYPD? Remember that little set of phrases you said before you became a member of the NYPD; in which you swore by oath or affirmation that you understood what was expected of you? You can continue to listen to your “boss” Peter Lynch, or you can do your jobs effectively, and Constitutionally, as we expect you to. I would prefer the latter, because the former is playing politics, and is using your as your pawns to further an agenda that suits their needs. Not yours. Do you really think Peter Lynch has your best interests at heart? Your boss, or rather your bosses are the people of New York City, and not a union president. Remember that; we pay your salaries, you are answerable to we, the people. So the NYPD can smirk and say that it doesn’t care, but remember, in the same vein that we, the people, gave them that power to police our streets is the exact power we can take it back from them and institute new institutions that would effect our happiness, liberties and prosperity.

Commentary: The deaths of NYPD Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos

December 21, 2014 Leave a comment

In moments of crisis, in moments when lives have been taken in our republic, that is the time to take time to pause, to take a step back we must think about our reactions. With a sound mind, we must come to a sound but reasonable approach to assess what exactly is happening and why.

The deaths of the two New York City police officers, Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos have begun to set off a chain reaction that I believe will deepen the crisis that is happening through out our republic and the very people who are policing and enforcing the laws of the land.

I have mistrust of all law enforcement, I am biased against all law enforcement; however, I recognize, too, that they are human, they have families, they are a brother or sister, friend, a father or mother. In my initial reaction to the deaths of these officers, it was one cold hearted of jubilation that we have finally gotten two of theirs, that we have finally started to clean house against an organization that every one knows is corrupt accept the very people that work for the organization. It was at that moment I thought, “now how does it feels to have the shoe on the other foot?!”

In retrospect, this is the wrong sentiment to have because it is un-American; this is not how one instigates positive change throughout our republic. Yes, we want police to honor their oaths, yes, we want police to treat the very people in their communities with respect, and we want them to do the right thing. The senseless killing of two human beings because of being a police officer who did nothing wrong and being judged and summarily executed has never helped to bring about positive change.

We had momentum going and the people on our side, and now that this tragedy has unfolded, I fear we have lost that momentum because of one single individual who believed it was his right to take the lives of two human beings. These two human beings, even though who are a part of an organization that is highly racist, bigoted and corrupt, I do not doubt the sincerity of the mass of these two men, and others, who simply doing their jobs. We do not have to like their profession, but we should at least respect them as human beings.

Undoubtedly, the deaths of these human beings will only deepen the crisis that before us, and I only fear that now we will see people more on edge. I think it is critical that we as a people take a step back, let us reflect carefully, and thoroughly before we act. A simple solution would be, for us, as Americans, to regain our perspective, to read our Constitution, to read our history, to read our Declaration of Independence, and than look at the laws that our Congress, State and local governments are passing that to allow our freedoms to be taken away as they are now. If we were more attentive to what is happening to our freedoms, we would have not seen the deaths of not just these two police officers. In addition, we would not have seen the deaths of Eric Garner, Aiyana Jones, Christopher Dorner, Kelly Thomas, Christopher Smith, Brandon Paudert, Bill Evans and countless others.

Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos did not deserve to die, they did nothing wrong, and to those saying that they did. Ask yourself this simple question, if it was your father, friend, brother, sister, mother or loved one who was summarily executed because they believed differently than you do, how would you react or feel? Before your answer that question, be a human being with compassion.

It is important that we as Americans must very carefully look ourselves in the mirror; the world is watching. Do we want lawlessness and corruption that is representative of a third world country? Do we want senseless revenge killings of fellow Americans because they disagree on the law, and the Constitution?

The last time we had senseless killings of fellow Americans, it happened at a time when families were torn apart, our Sister States fought against one another, friends, and neighbors became enemies, and 600,000 Americans lost their lives. We must than ask ourselves where is it that we want to be as a republic, as a nation and union of many sovereign States in the common cause of Constitutional Liberty, the rule of law, as envisioned by our Fathers and an example to the candid world.

InfoWars Article: Police Caught Saying MRAP is for Constitutionalists

Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich Response Video to InfoWars Article: Click to view

Dear Ozzie Knezovich,

I understand why you did this response video the InfoWars article, and video that was released in regards to your deputy saying that the MRAP was for “Constitutionalists.” However, I think you need to understand the real underlying reason for the outrage, and I do not think you understand it. May be you do, and may be I’m being too cynical about it. It is not a coincidence that police departments all around our republic are getting these weapons and tools of war. We are seeing these weapons and tools of war used by the police against American citizens to execute search warrants, collect on student loans, fines and other nuances that would simply take two or three police officers to do.

Something is happening with our police departments all around our republic and yet, when we bring these issues to light, we are villified as being paranoid, delusional, or my favorite one an Alex Jones Conspiracy theorist. I guess I must be one of those “Constitutionalists” your deputy was talking about because I will never follow an un-Constitutional law or order; keep in mind, I’m just a civilian, I have never swore an oath to an office, or duty. However, I recognize that as part of my citizenship, our civic duty as American citizens is to never obey police or President Obama unlawful commands should they issue one, but to obey the lawful commands of the Constitution, to question every thing around us.

So when we see a deputy, a sheriff, a congressman or officer of government say these things, it raises an eyebrow or two. Look at what is happening all around our republic with these laws the several States in our Union are passing for “legislation” such as, for example, the New York SAFE Act, or Connecticut’s firearms legislation, and look who they are looking to enforce these draconian laws. You, and your deputies. Of course, than, add to that you have the general government buying 2 billion rounds of ammunition, and small town police departments getting these tools of war which are practically tanks, and getting gear that makes them look like soldiers.

It ceases to be a conspiracy theory when they doing the very things we are concerned about right in front of our faces. Other police officers have said it in plain writing that they wishing for the day to be given the order to go and get firearms of law abiding American citizens. So you see why when see people, like your deputy, says the thing that he said and it raises eyebrows and brings condemnation? We see it all over YouTube, police doing the unthinkable, and yet, when the questions are raised, all we get is terse response and no wrong doing. Just like your claim that your deputy did nothing wrong, according to you in your video. The American people are on edge, they see something is happening with our police & government, and something is wrong. May be you do not see it because you’re part of the system, so your view is skewed

Look, I recognize that there people out there who claim to be “Constitutionalists” but are merely people who are opportunists who bend the law to their dictates and likings; just like there are police officers who claim to be for the Constitution but yet are the first ones at a illegal check point demanding drivers licenses for no reason.

Something is happening in our republic, and unless we fix it and address it now, it is only going to get worse. I dread the day that an American will have to pick up their firearm, and draw his weapon against another armed American because he is in fear of losing his unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Last time that happened, six hundred thousand lost their lives and I don’t think we want  repeat of history.

Response Commentary: Our Grief Denied by Lenny Pozner(Newtown tragedy response)

December 6, 2014 Leave a comment

There is no book in existence, I believe, that can truly exemplify one of the many duties as Americans citizens. From our Constitution, to our sacred Declaration of Independence, it is not just our responsibility as American citizens to seek out the truth, even if that truth, being tragic as it may be, is hurtful to those affected by it but it is rather our sacred duty to find it.

In the Hartford Courant, there was a commentary by one of the parents of the children that died at Sandy Hook, Lenny Pozner. In this commentary he had words to say to those that question the version of events at Sandy Hook. Let me preface this by saying, no parent should ever have to bury their child, it is the child that should bury their parents; this is how it has been since mankind has walked the Earth, and so it should remain. What I will write today, many will hear the message being conveyed but very few will have listened to or have even attempted to understand the message because of its challenge to the establishment and those stuck in their ways. In reality it will challenge, it will insult and even offend those that do not wish for others to perform the simple acts questioning and using critical thinking.

Ancient Greek philosopher Socrates reasoned to his students that in the pursuit of any truth can only begin once they begin to question and analyze every belief they believe dear to them even at the risk of ridicule. If a certain theory passes the tests of evidence, deduction, and logic, it should be used as fact or kept. However, on the other hand, if it doesn’t, the belief should not only be discarded, but the thinker must also then question why he was led to believe the erroneous information initially. This type of teaching did not bode well with the ruling class of Greece. Throughout human history, those in power, the political elite, or privileged class have always sought to mislead the thinking of the masses. Socrates was tried for these “crimes” against the state and for allegedly damaging the youth and forced to commit suicide.

In today’s age, it is not easy being an independent thinker. Even today, those ruling in government, media complex or alleged victims do not kill people for pursuing the truth about the world or their surroundings, well at least not at the moment they don’t but they sure do ridicule you for doing so! They will simply label you as a paranoid, delusional individual or worse yet, call you a conspiracy theorist for simply asking questions and for not accepting their version of the truth or events. In doing so, by questioning the ruling class, the State, or even the alleged victims, they will attempt in destroying careers and reputations in the process. They will call you “insensitive” or worse yet, they will call you crazy, potential extremists made to damage your reputation and career. It is a fate even worse than drinking poison like Socrates did because he simply asked people to use logic, evidence and critical thinking rather than accept things blindly.

However, in lieu of the above statement, I believe, as critical thinking individuals, it is important that we, as adults, scrutinize everything we are told, even at the point of ridicule because this how we are able to determine fact from fiction, truth from falsehood. Remember, it was not that long ago that people thought that Earth was flat, the center of the Solar System, or that the Sun revolved around the Earth. However, through evidence, deduction, logic, critical thinking, and analysis, we have come to terms and conclusion that the Earth is not the center of the Solar System, that the Earth is actually round and finally the Earth revolves around the Sun.

Yet, in his commentary, Lenny Pozner takes aim at those individuals who question the version of events at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. He goes on in his commentary and claims that people all over the internet attempted to spread lies and misinformation. What he fails to realize is that those people are simply not accepting the State’s version of events. Just like the tragedy on 9/11 and the Boston Bombings, they are using logic, evidence, logical deduction, critical thinking, and analysis into assessing the facts, opinions and thus coming to their own conclusions, something of which they have all right to do.

Throughout human history, governments have been known to lie to advance an agenda, whether it be small or large, regardless, governments have been known to fabricate lies. Let us take for example the Viet Nam War. Did you know that the United States government lied to the American people in regards to the Gulf of Tonkin incident? As a result of this lie, the truth became the first casualty of the Viet Nam War, which in turn led to the countless deaths of millions of Vietnamese civilians, and thousands of American soldiers over the course of 10 years. The American people were treated to another lie courtesy of George Bush, Jr., when he made the claim that the Iraqi government was in possession of weapons of mass destruction. Now, the American people are reaping the benefits of that lie courtesy of an out of control Federal government, a complacent judiciary and a chief executive who believes he is above the Constitution; the very document that he swore an oath to, to defend and protect against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

To Lenny Pozner, I say this, let us take the supposition that you are correct. Anything and everything that has been said, collected as evidence or detailed as a result of the Sandy Hook shootings is factually correct. That there are only but some minor errors, such as typos or grammar. The State than, should have no problems or qualms than in answering the questions of the hoaxers. As a matter of fact, it should be able to answer those questions without even hesitation and with ease. Let us also take the supposition that yes, there are sensitive issues, would it not be reasonable to simply mask the names and faces without having to reveal identities? Would it not be reasonable to answer the most basic of questions? For example:

  • who and why did they not allow paramedics and the EMTs inside the school?
  • who declared all 18 school children and six school staff members legally deceased within the first eight minutes?
  • why were no Life Star Trauma helicopters used or requested?
  • what was the name of the certified environmental bio-hazard decontamination company that removed the blood, body tissue, fluids, or blood soaked carpets?

Notice that the questions above are not asking for personal or private information, but rather simple logistical information that any individual could answer very easily. Yet these questions are difficult to obtain answers to because they refused to be answered by the State. In addition, notice that these questions are not even directed at the parents or children of the parents directly affected by the shootings. However, for some reason, to people like Lenny Pozner, they are offensive. If such is the case, how are they offensive and to whom?

Lastly, let us also take the supposition that the individuals asking the “inappropriate” questions or the ones being labeled as “hoaxers” are completely wrong, that the questions being asked are so outrageous, and outlandish or far out there that any attempt to answer them would offset the mental equilibrium of the most sound minded individual. Would it be reasonable to believe, that the persons asking the questions do so at their own leisure, and at their own expense by risking their own credibility? Would it be reasonable to believe that the only damage that they are doing are to themselves? If the children are truly deceased, than what more damage could these “hoaxers” do that has not been already done?

Remember, as an adult that lives in America, Lenny Pozner, you are free to do many things. You are free to change the television channel if you do not like what you are watching or seeing. You are certainly most welcome to turn the radio station off if you do not like what you’re hearing or listening to. You are certainly most welcome and free to ignore the questions or comments being thrown at you. This is a free country! Is it not? And if there is wrong doing on the part of the State in allowing this heinous act to happen, is it not be the responsibility of the citizenry to bring the State and those involved to justice and bare the full might of the American people?

Now, let us play devil’s advocate, let us take the supposition that there are actual fallacies and inconsistencies in the State’s version of events. Let us also take the position, that the State is actually lying about what occurred at Sandy Hook. Would it not be reasonable for the citizenry of the State, and of the rest of the republic to demand answers? Would it not be our duty and responsibility of the people to seek out the truth? If the State and Newtown township has told us the truth, than why does it ignore Freedom of Information Act requests? What is that saying police like to say? If you have nothing to hide or if you have not done anything wrong than you have no problem in showing us the documents or answering our questions. Is that correct? Why pass legislation that makes it difficult or not impossible to obtain records detailing the deaths and injuries? Who and what are you protecting?

For many, taking this stance and this sentiment is very difficult to comprehend, and understand. It goes against what we have grown accustomed here in America now. To not question the government, to not use critical thinking, logical deduction, analysis or evidence to seek the truth. However, I think it is important to note, the pursuit of truth, and accountability outweighs what you feel or think even if that accountability and pursuit of truth offends you. Because if they are going to be passing laws that effect all residents and citizens of this State, than it is our solemn responsibility to ensure all the facts are presented, analyzed, scrutinized and debated in an open forum so that all can see.

We will keep pandering to this form of ridicule while we defer to them thanks to a biased press, a complacent State government, police and judiciary you wouldn’t want to wish on your worst enemy. I take, that back you might actually would!

This situation that we are found with is as much a threat to our freedom as it is to every one else. It is clear indication that we what we need in America, especially Connecticut, now is not more respect to the State sanctioned version of events of Sandy Hook but less respect. It needs more analysis, and an independent investigation because of the questions that have arisen from the State sanctioned version of events of which have flaws in them. We need to stop pretending, because that is what we are doing, we are pretending that the alleged victims, the State, or any one in our government will never lie to the public or that they have our best interest at heart when we can clearly see that they are hiding something and are lying to us.

What we are witnessing before us is a perverted system of evil that encourages the masses to accept everything that they are told, and to do as they say and not what they do. It sanctions the stripping of the very freedom our Founding Fathers brought forth to this continent: a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, and that among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Any one here in America advocating to contrary to these ideals or values of freedom, in the midst of controversy or not would very find themselves isolated, and if they are in government would find themselves in jail for violating their oaths or office to the defend and protect the United States Constitution. Given the poisonous fiction of totalitarian agenda that is plaguing our republic, this is not something that should be encouraged in any way. It should be discouraged by firm patriots who believe those American values, and by rigorous enforcement of the United States Constitution and values. Remember the Constitution?

Now, I know that I am going to be accused of being a conspiracy theorist, paranoid delusional, irrationally insensitive or disrespectful to families of Sandy Hook by the usual self-righteous pundits or even the families themselves, but in all honesty, I don’t mind or care, because those words have no value in this context. One has been neutralized by repeated dishonest misuse, and the other is a boldfaced lie concocted by the political left in tandem with their supporters from the right in a marriage of convenience which is quite frankly beneath contempt and insulting.

Being insensitive means you do not show or care about the feelings of other people. In the pursuit of the truth, asking questions is not irrational or insensitive because something does not add up. Not asking questions is irrational and pandering to the State sanctioned version of events is downright criminal. Indulging the lie, that some how what the State has said and presented is 100% accurate while ignoring the crucial questions of the shooting is more than just irrational; it is downright criminal. And if you really want to talk about being insensitive than look no further than the poisonous fiction that the State recently passed a gun control measure that is supposed to keep you safe, but in actuality keeps you less safe and only affects law abiding American citizens and not the criminals who look at these laws as a joke. The State governments that promote this form of Constitutional violations are criminals, and the civil servants who pander to it, and enforce it are criminals. The university lecturers, school teachers and principals who encourage it are criminals. The journalist who also encourage it are criminals. The ordinary people who say one thing in private and another in public are cowardly un-American cowardly hypocrites who would rather be subjugated than free.

If we can not bring ourselves to say or ask what is in our hearts when it truly matters or when the truth is on trial, then we have already given up our way of life, our right to ask questions(regardless if some one “feels” offended) and our freedom, and with it the freedom of future generations which is something that we have no right to do.

We didn’t earn this freedom! It was handed to us on plate by people who did earn it with their lives. We do not own it, we are the custodians of it. It is not ours to give away. So it is time to speak up people of Connecticut and America. It is time to stop whining and bellyaching about the Middle East for five minutes and show a little back bone for once, just once. Or do we want to spend the rest of our lives cowering like a bunch of frightened mice from a cabal of insensitive anti-American bigots who think they have a right to poke a finger into our chest and tell us what we can, and can not ask, say, do or think because we have questions, doubts or concern? Well, I do not know about you, but any one who asks me that question is going to get a very terse unequivocal answer, and it won’t contain the words, “Newtown Strong!”

So Lenny Pozner, feel free to grieve, feel free to call me a hoaxer, paranoid delusional Alex Jones conspiracy theorist. It is your right to call myself, or any one for that matter any and all names you feel that are appropriate for using critical thinking and analysis in investigating the Newtown Shootings. So in the words of Michael Ruppert, an American patriot, and soldier of the truth, to all FBI agents, NSA spies, agitators, tyrants in the United States government, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York state governments, the NYPD, the Massachusetts State Police, Connecticut State Police and all the people who refuse to use critical thinking in the pursuit of truth and would rather be sheep:

a revolution can be anything, but I will tell you this, that a revolution according to Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Monroe and all of the Founding Fathers is my divine right.

So I challenge you Lenny Pozner, the State of Connecticut government, the Connecticut State Police, allow the public to scrutinize all of the evidence, let us find the truth than speak for itself, and than, in the end let us come to our conclusions based on evidence, and not some one’s perceived grief. For as our forefathers, who fought for liberty in the union of the States, the other for liberty in the independence of the States, who through sacrifice, have passed down to us through purchased Revolutionary blood, our duties and responsibilities to our State, our republic, ourselves and those of future generations their unalienable rights, among them the right to the pursuit of the truth, and that when ever any government Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Divine Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles of allowing the people to be the ultimate arbiters of the truth and authority, to be able to affect the future Liberty, Safety and Happiness.

Abraham Lincoln once said, “we the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” So I ask you Lenny Pozner, and those in the government of the State of Connecticut, the Connecticut State Police and all government agents in Connecticut involved with Newtown, which side are you on? Are you on the side of the ones willing to allow the truth to be perverted, along with the Constitution, or are you on the side of the Good People of these States who simply just want the truth? Choose wisely.

One more thing, to the tyrannical governments of New York, and Connecticut, my divine right to keep and bear arms is unalienable, perpetual, and irrevocable no matter how many legislations or laws you pass in fooling the masses in thinking you’re passing in order to keep them “safe.”

We Need Immigration Enforcement and Not Immigration Reform

There is talk on Capitol Hill on more immigration reform. President Obama says he’ll act without Congress and while the debate rages on what to do by our government, illegal aliens, better known as illegal immigrants have entered our republic illegally.

Why is this happening? Why can’t our leadership enforce our immigration laws? The answer is simple, it is because they have no interest in enforcing our immigration laws. This is all but a dog and pony show to get you, the American people, to believe that President Obama actually cares about illegal immigrants. A news flash for every one out there, if President Obama actually cared about solving the illegal immigration problem plaguing the southern United States, he would have put troops, or more border guards on our southern border.

Don’t believe me? The president of the United States is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, guess what? He has the authority to put troops on the border with Mexico and order them to enforce the border.

Notice how we are so quick to order troop deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and other countries around the world, but we’re not so keen on sending troops on our borders to enforce the border. Ask yourself, why is that? You will than come to the realization that Barack Obama never intended to enforce the border in the first place. Him, and the likes of Nancy Pelosi with criminal intent are not honoring their oaths, they are committing open treason against the United States by not enforcing its laws thus bringing about anarchy in the land, which means they are committing treason by sedition.

It is my opinion that the real intent of President Obama and Nancy Pelosi is to bring in illegal immigrants, so that they can vote Democrat, and in effect create a one party system. Does this sound familiar courtesy of NAZI Germany? You see President Obama is taking over our republic by breaking down our laws, and as result is using this anarchy to justify his own existence as president, and thus eventually leading to the suspending of the U.S. Constitution.

It is the only conclusion of where this leads to because if you notice, as president of the United States, the president is charged with enforcing our laws. Ask yourself, why is it that he is making a huge effort to not enforce the current laws on the books? Why is it that he is saying there needs to be a path to citizenship? Why is it that he is refusing to enforce our borders? Why is it that he is actively doing nothing but to delay to resolve the problem? Any president worth their salt, any president who understands his or her oath to the United States, and the Constitution would not be stonewalling or pussy footing around the issue and would put a stop to the lawlessness now, and not later.

Also, why does the media and government insist on calling those individuals who have broken our immigration laws as “undocumented immigrant?” Why not call them for what they really are, ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS or ILLEGAL ALIENS. This comes to show you that the mainstream media are in on it, too. Why do I say this? It is because if the media were doing its job properly, they would call things for what they really are and would not sugar coat it with a fancy buzz word. This is like calling a serial rapist or murderer a “misunderstood individual.” What is there to misunderstand, except that these individuals are ILLEGALLY here, and have thus broken our immigration laws.

The fact that illegal immigrant minors are being encouraged to come here testifies to the fact that this is done deliberatively shows you our governments knows what it is doing and as a result is allowing it to continue. Illegal immigrants get better treatment than our veterans or poor and this comes to show you the state of our republic and the disdain that President Obama, Nancy Pelosi and the likes thereof has for us. They’re interested in our laws, they’re interested in staying in power, and they’re interested in seeing how much money they can make off of the backs of hard working Americans.

My greatest fear, is that the only way to fix the problems now inherent in our republic is not through the ballot box, because it has shown time, and time again it is not working. The argument will soon be exhausted, the long war of words between the leaders of our republic and the American citizen will be waxed into a war of guns.

The American citizen, I am afraid, will come to the realization gradually and naturally in this furnace of debate, the ballots have been cast, our leaders have not honored their oaths, nothing has been done, and the citizenry will assume the mantle once held by our Southern Sister States in 1861, by the great Troup of Georgia: “The argument is exhausted; we stand to our guns.”

An American’s 4th of July Rant

Remember the tyranny that occurred in China in June of 1989 because it will soon be a precursor for what will begin happening here America; that’s right, America, supposedly the “Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.” The only difference being is that the United States government and complicit media will do its utmost best to hide it.

Remember one thing about the United States, our government and media are very quick and keen on pointing out the atrocities and tyranny going on in other countries. However, what they are not quick and keen on are pointing out the tyranny happening right under our noses. You want to know the worse part? We Americans, we keep electing the same political parties, the very same people who are instigating the very atrocities in our own republic and yet we expect things to change.

For example, our government, State and local are complicit in activities against our own people, such as Ruby Ridge, Waco, Native American Holocaust, interment of American of Japanese descent, 9/11, Sandy Hook, and Hurricane Katrina. How do I know this? Just ask questions about the government version of events, point out these atrocities skepticism, and oddities you are called one or all of the following:

  • crazy
  • conspiracy theorist
  • an extremist
  • delusional
  • racist
  • paranoid

Let us take the example of Wolfgang Halbig, a former police officer, former educator and now security consultant who is now asking simple questions about Sandy Hook. Yet, when he asks these questions, he is ignored, having police visit his home, and all the while there are many questions left unanswered about Sandy Hook.

You will notice that after every tragedy like this, our very own government is very keen on passing laws that infringe on the rights of law abiding American citizens. Rights that are not given to you by the Constitution, but rights that you are born with, unalienable rights that no one, person or thing can take away. Rights that are supposed to be protected by the government, and yet our government seems very keen to use tragedies to take these rights away and convert them into a privilege just to keep us “safe.” Isn’t that interesting, also that if I have a unalienable right to keep and bear arms, than why is it in that in States like New York, Connecticut, and others, I need to ask the government permission to own a firearm? In other words, I need a “pistol permit” to exercise a right. You will notice, that with our Bill of Rights, the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution, for example, the 2nd Amendment, there are no subsections A, B, C or D that would allow for an acceptable infringement. So why do our State government put restrictions on our natural born and unalienable rights?

Do I have your attention yet?

Now back to China. . . .

In China, we saw army tanks, machine guns, soldiers, using weapons of war used against the population, and our media, our government, we were quick to point out that was wrong. We were very quick to condemn and say all the buzzwords that gave the Chinese protesters a sense that we disagree with what their government is doing. All we gave them were empty words of support or hope and in the end all they received was unknown thousands dead, a repressive government that monitors their communications, spies every which way they can, and the country is ruled with one ideology. You want to speak out? Fine, go ahead, but be ready to suddenly be arrested by an armed version of a Chinese S.W.A.T. team or disappear in the middle of the night.

I know what you’re thinking, “it’ll never happen here, this is America, our police never turn against the citizenry! They’re the good guys!” Tell that to James Boyd, Randy Weaver, Monica Quan, Keith Lawrence, Bou Bou, Aiyana Jones, David Koresh, Kelly Thomas or even Cliven Bundy.

While you are at it, ask yourself than, why are local police departments being equipped and armed to the teeth with MRAP, APCs, weapons and tools of war.

When our own police are busy to arming themselves to the teeth with weapons of war, tanks, machine guns, uniforms of war, all they can say is, “well, we’re doing this to keep you safe.” Safe from what, who and whom? Well, I have a question for the police, and our military, who is going to keep us safe from you when the government decides to confiscate our firearms, suspend the U.S. Constitution and declare any one who voices opposition to you, the enemy? I know, what you’re thinking, “we’ll never turn our firearms against you. We swore an oath!” Really? Than why is it that we have police all over the country being caught on camera, falsifying reports, even brutalizing the very citizens they are hired and supposed to protect? I know, I know, I’m just nitpicking at small examples of police misconduct. There are good police officers out there, right? If that is so, than why is it they allow their co-workers, namely other police officers, to abuse their authority, shoot our elderly, and pets? A good police officer that does nothing in witnessing unlawful or unethical behavior by other police officer means that they condone these acts, and are part of the problem!

In addition, if a common citizen armed themselves like our police, and government are doing, they would send the police, F.B.I., S.W.A.T., or A.T.F. to raid your business or home under the guise you’re suspicious. Yet, when the United States government agencies are busy arming itself with shotguns, machine guns, 2 billion rounds of bullets, several thousand armored personnel carriers, giving law enforcement Bearcats, MRAP vehicles. One begins to ask the question, what are all these pieces of military equipment, tools and weapons of war going to be used for? Is there a war that they are preparing for? And if so, against whom? I will leave you to ponder these questions stated previously.

Our government, and media are “celebrating” the anniversary of Tiannamen Square tragedy. They’re telling every one those that died at Tiannamen were fighting for freedom. Isn’t it ironic that our government is busy here at home suppressing the very same freedom the Chinese are fighting for. For example, the Chinese are being spied on by their own government, news is censored and everything the government does is practically a state secret. The very same behavior the Chinese government is exihibiting with their own people, the United States government and the main stream media is doing the same. Just look on how they reported the Cliven Bundy-BLM controversy. The government decided to send in armed hired thugs, the BLM, to confiscate property that was not theirs all because Senator Harry Reid wants Cliven Bundy’s land. Yet, the media reported that Cliven Bundy was violent, was anti-government, etc. All he was asking for was for the government to not take away his land, and for the government to stop usurping its authority.

So this Fourth of July, while you’re having your BBQ, going to Wal-Mart for that special sale, and being told the 4th of July is all about freedom, while your fellow American brother’s and sister’s homes are being raided by armed government agents because of suspicion, and not probable cause, ask yourself this simple question, when did it become okay for you to sit down and do nothing? America has become nothing but worthless sheep waiting for the slaughter.

Thank you Mr President: My brother and his family lost his health insurance

Dear Mr. President,

I wanted to thank you for being the change we can all believe in. In all honesty, I did not think it was possible that you can change our republic in the way you have.

Recently, I was told this very interesting story by my sister-in-law who went to the doctor for a consultation. I think this is a story you, in particular, will enjoy. She went to the doctor’s office for a consultation, she went to the front desk, and gave her insurance card to they told her to go to the doctor’s office and wait for the doctor. She went, and waited for the doctor. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the office assistant comes in and says that her health insurance has been deactivated. Meaning, the health care she has had for the last 13 plus years was canceled without warning, without a letter and not even a phone call. However, but because it was a consultation, they would only charge her 100USD for the visit, and that the procedure they would do for her later on would only cost a mere 2,000USD. So that she wouldn’t be charged anything, she had to cancel the appointment on the spot because she nor my brother have that kind of money.

You see Mr. President, my eldest brother is helping put his son through college, and as an EMT, he is barely making ends meet. Now that your Affordable Care Act has passed and is in force, neither he nor family have health insurance. My eldest brother is one the most hard working people I have ever met. He’s never, ever asked for a handout from the government, nor has ever bent the rules to get ahead. Now, because of your health care law, you have set him back. Can you explain to me how he can get health care insurance? Can you explain to my nephew that if he gets hurt now that it will have to come out of his father’s wallet? Can you explain why to my brother’s wife now that she will not be able to see her doctor any more?

I want to tell my brother to go to healthcare.gov to sign up, but unfortunately no one can successfully sign up for the website because IT DOES NOT WORK!

Mr. President, since you have one of the best health care that a president can have, I was wondering if you are willing to put him and family on your health care plan? Are you willing to help pay for my sister-in-law’s medical expenses? Are you?

You see, we came from the ghetto, the South Bronx, and we’re one of the lucky one’s to have moved out of the ghetto to New England where my mom can give us a better life. We lived with gangs, drug addicts and drug users using in our apartment buildings, roaming the streets while we tried to go to school. Now that we are all grown up, and are working, some of us went to college, like myself, and others decided to just go into the work force.

You went on television and said very clearly and in plain english, that if we liked our health care, we can keep it. You said it many times. Now that your health care law went into effect, and millions of Americans are losing their health care, you then said that is not what you meant, to saying that what you said was inaccurate. In my world where I grew up in the ghetto, we call that being a liar. So thank you Mr. President, you really are the change we can really believe in because you have helped my brother’s family from having health care insurance to having none.

My only fear, is that your policies are doing so much harm than good for our country that I don’t think we’ll have a country left once you’re done wrecking it. Am I wrong?
